Aspen log furniture and a personal hot tub contribute to an idyllic mountain escape in the Black Bear. This 1-bedroom, ¾-bath cabin includes a queen bed, full sleeper sofa, satellite TV, and covered porch with beautiful mountain views. Relax in front of a gas fireplace, dine in with a full kitchen and gas grill, or explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. This unit has a window air conditioner. Winter stays present an opportunity to traverse Rocky Mountain National Park just one mile away in our complimentary snowshoe rentals. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night - 2 dog max.) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps four.

Great 1br cabin in a great location. Loved being just a couple minutes from RMNP entrance. Cabin was pet-friendly and everything was nice and clean. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable (overly broken in) and the hot tub could have been hotter, but that's it.

Nice cabin, great location

This is as a nice little cabin and suited our needs. The location was great, past the chaos of downtown Estes and very close to RMNP.

Was a great stay, hot tub was clean and very enjoyable.

Easy process, very close to downtown, the national park, and restaurants.....yet it also felt secluded which was very nice.

Cozy, cute, clean and convenient (walking distance) to grocery store. Close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed the quaint little cottage, Black Bear #4. Location was perfect, easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The cottage was very cozy and clean.

Great getaway !

Easy and simple checkin. Great location, right across from a grocery store,gas station and a liquor store. (within walking distance). The hot tub is amazing. Very relaxing and comfortable.

This cabin was perfect for two adults and two dogs. Clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great. There were plenty of towels and they were clean, smelled great, and were fluffy. The bedding was high quality and smelled great. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. The location is tucked off the main road and is quiet. Access to RMNP was easy and quick.

Nice friendly stay.

The cabin smelled a little funny and the futon killed my back. Otherwise this was a great place to stay. Comfortable,centrally located and the hot tub was great! Next time I will get a bit bigger place. We had a great weekend away.

It was exactly as advertised a cozy little cottage and it was just perfect for our stay. I would like to note that there was no place to unpack our suitcase. Maybe a few shelves for something in the closet to put our suitcase on would be great. Other than that, it was a great place and a great location!

Great couples cabin for the weekend

We had a few days off and needed a quick getaway. Wanted the cabin in the mountains with a hot tub just to relax. This place was cute, easy to find, close amenities and the hot tub right out the back door. Nothing glamorous or anything but it had everything we needed to chill and enjoy. The property was clean and well maintained

25th anniversary getaway

We absolutely loved our cabin. Great location, great view, nice and quiet, everything was perfect except the furniture was a bit uncomfortable. The bed was great though. That wouldn't keep us away though. 😁

Weekend stay

Cabin was exactly what was described on the reservation. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come back. Only things that we noticed was the Shower pan needs to be replaced. It is cracked and feels like the floor is giving way under either you while showering and the exhaust fan needs cleaned.
