We had a fantastic time staying at your “happy place” Loved watching the morning fog on the lake. It was very peaceful & relaxing. Enjoyed using the kayaks. There were also lots of water toys available for the summer. Pool table kept us busy in the evening. We had a great time.

This property was one of the best places we have ever stayed at, and we have been to several! Very, very clean. Every thing you can imagine is there! Very nice dishes, lots of supplies, even really nice toilet paper! The beds were all great. Bathrooms very nice. The house looks a little older on the outside, but inside is updated, beautifully decorated. Top notch of every thing! Our young adult grandsons, had a ball on the boats and toys for the lake. The lake was beautiful, so quiet and calm. Easy to get down and up from the lake. We hope we can go there sometime next year. We would highly recommend this place. The owners live next door, that is a plus to me!

We're returning guests and were not disappointed. Everything was clean and well stocked. Slight hiccup with the checkin but it was very quickly resolved with great owner communication! The propane tank ran out for the grill but there was a spare already on hand.Only quibble has to do with accessing the lake/ dock. Lots of work on the back yard which looks great, but there was no way to get to the walkway without stepping through lots of mud.We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time! The kids enjoyed the pool table, darts, and hanging out downstairs. The adults enjoyed quiet mornings looking at the lake, and even a few chilly paddles. The kitchen had everything we needed for making big meals! We all loved being so close to the mountain bike trails! Flo ride was awesome, and go ride was pretty cool! Great spot to explore Bentonville!
