Incredible lake home. This home features lake views from the 4 sleeping rooms as well as the kitchen and dinning area. Then enjoy the almost never ending decks. Both sundeck, shade deck and screened in porch makes for the perfect outdoor spaces. This home has an exceptionally easy slope to the water. Perfect for wedding guests, Mountain biking trips, bikes blues, family gatherings, weekend retreats, golf outings, craft fair week, razorback home games and more. Likely one of the best homes to enjoy the Ozarks. This home is on a almost level lot which is amazing. Open carport area with a driveway to park 8-10 cars easily. ** We have two rental properties in the Windsor Area so contact us about a double booking if you need two houses.

Great outdoor vacation!

I was looking for a property with access to water and great decks for us to enjoy the outside beauty and wildlife. This was it! The decks are great and we even spent mornings and afternoons in the screened-in porch. We ate all our meals at the table outside and it accommodated all 6 of us. A family of deer joined us each evening and we loved watching the little ones play. We used the 3 kayaks every day and swam in the lake. The water was fantastic on this quiet cove. We had plenty of room for us and our guests and their 2 boys. I cooked all of our meals and the house had everything I needed. You may prefer to bring your own knife but there are several good knives and pans there already. If you have favorite pillows then I would suggest that you bring them. Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing. We brought our dog and she absolutely loved looking out the screened in porch while we read and drank our coffee in the morning. We watched the squirrels play, herrons fly back and forth, a weasel, and a beaver cross the property. The neighbors are super nice and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and look forward to coming again!

Lakeside Fun

Kindra’s place was a great location for all that the area has to offer. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults to have privacy when needed. The porch was a great place for coffee and winding down. Even though the temps were high it was also nice to have the fire pit area available to end the day.

Iowa to Arkansas Adventure

Being on the lake with multi-level entertainment spaces & decks was great. The hosts had lots of amenities to make it a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Ideal for family vacation

Very pleasant, peaceful and spacious lakefront home with great outdoor spaces: decks, screened porch, nice fire pit with wood provided, private dock. Lots to do nearby. We were a family of 6 adults, 2 infants and a 3 year old and we found plenty to keep us all happy during our October visit. Owner provided access to an indoor swimming pool. Both Kindra and the local manager were very helpful.

Lake Weekend

Family fun

4 adults and 3 young children had plenty of space inside and outside. Easy walk down to lake, kayaks, canoe and dock. The deck space and screened in porch was amazing. Had everything we needed. Owners communication and flexibilty was much appreciated. Planning for next year!!!

My kids and grandkids had great time swimming and kayaking. My wife and I had many spots to relax, especially the screen in room overlooking the lake. We'd definitely consider going back.

beautiful property right on the water

Our group of 10 had a great time at Kindra's lake house! Everything was as the listing said it was. Plenty of room for all of us. We loved the large, screened in porch! The fire pit was awesome! My grandkids so loved jumping off the dock into the lake and we all enjoyed swimming. We had everything we needed for preparing meals and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. Also, so many great riding trails nearby. Everyone should check out Coler Mountain Bike Preserve even if you don't ride there are lovely walking trails. We also rented a boat from Prarie Creek Marina one day on Beaver Lake, such fun on this beautiful lake! So many good restaurants in Bentonville if you choose to eat out and never a shortage of coffee shops. I highly recommend this rental especially for a large group!

Fun lake home

Equipped with wonderful outdoor 'toys'! Easy communication with owners and a great home for a get away. Kitchen could be a little better equipped and we had a learning curve to use a charcoal grill again. But all in all we had a great time in a lovely home.

Nice Location but House Lacks a Little

This place was right on the water, and the dock and porches were nice. Unfortunately, we stayed in a much better place last year, so we knew what we were missing with this one. Right off the bat, we had a hard time finding sheets for the fold-out bed and there weren't any pillows for it so we had to use couch pillows. There weren't enough extra blankets, and the downstairs area (bedroom, bathroom, living room with fold-out bed) stayed cold even with the heater on. The floors were super squeaky, so if you were staying in one of the downstairs beds, it's impossible to sleep if people upstairs are walking around. The kitchen was missing a lot of things we needed. Very few drinking glasses (no plastics at all for kids to use), not enough plates, hardly any measuring cups/spoons, no whisk, very few serving utensils, very little baking dishes, and very few pots and pans. We felt very crippled trying to cook full meals. Also, the dishwasher was broken so we had to wash everything by hand. There were multiple lights out and bug poop of some of the light bulbs, and the downstairs TV didn't work. There were several sliding glass doors and almost none of them had a working lock, so we had to use a piece of wood to "lock" them which was kind of annoying. And the dining table is all barstool seating which was very uncomfortablr. Overall, it was convenient being so close to the water, but the cons definitely outweigh the pros. We won't be staying here again.

Very comfortable and nice house

We loved our stay in this rental . The house was perfect for me and my husband and our 3 young kids . The rooms were perfect for us so that all 3 boys could sleep together in the room with the daybed pull-out . The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was great with lots of useful items in good condition. And the views of the lake and different seating spots on the decks were great .

Family weekend

I hosted a baby shower for my daughter and because we had family coming in from all over I decided to rent a house for us for the weekend. It was amazing. Plenty of space. The extra fridge came in handy. Love the screened porch. We had hoped to build a fire but it rained. We loved it so much we’re talking about coming back for a longer stay!

Kindra’s Lake House great place

The Kindra’s Lake House accommodations were terrific. The bedrooms were lovely with ceiling fans everywhere. And the multiple decks were great. An excellent place for a lake vacation.

Great way to spend Labor Day with friends!

We had 3 couples with 2 kids under 2 and this house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living spaces are comfortable, and the outdoor living spaces are amazing! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch downstairs. Access to the dock is very easy, no steep path to walk up and down, just walk down the lawn and a few steps. This part of the lake was pretty quiet since it is near a no wake zone, so it was relaxing to float and swim right of the dock. Bill and Kindra recommended a boat rental that allowed us to keep the boat right at our dock the whole weekend, which was very convenient. The only things we would have changed were the high dining room table with only stools (no chairs with backs) which was difficult with kiddos, and the toilet paper was pretty cheap and thin. Those are really the only negatives we had, so all in all a great place to stay! We will be back next year!

The decks are the most impressive part of this property. If your a mountain biker, it's nestled in the middle of the three key destinations for bikers. Back 40 trail head, Coler and Slaughter Pen. Perfect for bikers of all kinds.
