A beautiful home on the lake

We had a nice time getting away as a family and floating in the water. We enjoyed making all our meals and hanging out by the water. It was very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of bathrooms and we love to two living rooms. The screened in porch was so nice every morning as we drank our coffee.

Kindra's Lakehouse

Kindra's Lakehouse was wonderful. Had everything we needed, was clean, and beautiful. The location is great, just note that it is in the mountains and roads are curvy. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Quiet, comfortable stay

Neighborhood is quiet; home is very comfortable. Love the car port for parking. Family vacation with our adult children - everyone had their own space and great to have covered and outdoor decks to lounge on. Kayaks were too filled with spider webs for kids to use, but the lake access is very good. Lots of wildlife to watch and easy access to Bella Vista restaurants/etc and nearby Bentonville. We stay in Bella Vista every year and this has been the best home we have rented. Will definitely be back.

Siblings Trip

We had 3 couples, first ever siblings trip, and had the best time at Kindra’s Lakehouse. The house was perfect with plenty of room! Beautifully decorated. We loved the screened porch, view of the lake was great as well as the yard and firepit. Brenda was super to work with. We would gladly go back!!

Iowa to Arkansas Adventure

Being on the lake with multi-level entertainment spaces & decks was great. The hosts had lots of amenities to make it a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Disappointed with home.

Cleanliness was far below acceptable: 1. Downstairs couch's sheets were not clean with crumbs and dirt present. 2. Kitchen had many issues-range hood was disgusting with dead bugs and cob webs present, oven was filthy, sink stopper was in utensil drawer 3. Trash in the couch cushions and under the couch. Two dinning room chairs had legs that were broken. None of the sliding door locks worked. Drain in hall bathroom shower didn't drain and it took two days for a plumber to arrive. Hall way bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We will not stay here again.

Lake Weekend

Lakeside Fun

Kindra’s place was a great location for all that the area has to offer. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults to have privacy when needed. The porch was a great place for coffee and winding down. Even though the temps were high it was also nice to have the fire pit area available to end the day.

Great, quiet location right on the lake

Our 2nd time staying here and was not disappointed. Clean, modern, roomy home with tons of deck space and right on the water. Great view of the lake and fire pit for evening relaxation.

My kids and grandkids had great time swimming and kayaking. My wife and I had many spots to relax, especially the screen in room overlooking the lake. We'd definitely consider going back.

Ideal for family vacation

Very pleasant, peaceful and spacious lakefront home with great outdoor spaces: decks, screened porch, nice fire pit with wood provided, private dock. Lots to do nearby. We were a family of 6 adults, 2 infants and a 3 year old and we found plenty to keep us all happy during our October visit. Owner provided access to an indoor swimming pool. Both Kindra and the local manager were very helpful.

Family fun

4 adults and 3 young children had plenty of space inside and outside. Easy walk down to lake, kayaks, canoe and dock. The deck space and screened in porch was amazing. Had everything we needed. Owners communication and flexibilty was much appreciated. Planning for next year!!!

Very comfortable and nice house

We loved our stay in this rental . The house was perfect for me and my husband and our 3 young kids . The rooms were perfect for us so that all 3 boys could sleep together in the room with the daybed pull-out . The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was great with lots of useful items in good condition. And the views of the lake and different seating spots on the decks were great .

Fun lake home

Equipped with wonderful outdoor 'toys'! Easy communication with owners and a great home for a get away. Kitchen could be a little better equipped and we had a learning curve to use a charcoal grill again. But all in all we had a great time in a lovely home.

Great accomodations !!!

The home / location was perfect for our family retreat . The exterior decks made a great place to gather . The fire pit was also a big hit . The ability to fish from the bank gave additional activities for all to enjoy. Great parking was a plus. We plan to be back in October 2018 . Owners made the experience very enjoyable and easy . Great place on the lake!

Our group stayed at Bill and Kindra's place for 3 nights. The home has a nice layout with amazing multiple decks! The screened-in deck was the best! The yard is well-kept and large, and we never felt like we were infringing on any of the neighbors, space-wise. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are plenty of bath linens. The beds are comfortable, but a bit creaky, and the bathrooms are very nicely done. Overall, this place is worth your choice to stay! I highly recommend it! Thank you, Bill and Kindra, for offering such a great place to land for some downtime!

Amazing family vacation on Lake Windsor!

We just wrapped up an amazing family vacation and reunion at the Lake House on Lake Windsor. This home was perfect for our family! We had 3 families in the home and the split level set up allowed for togetherness and privacy when needed. The home was very clean inside and the linens were nice. They had toiletries in the showers, plenty of towels, fans in all the rooms and plenty of sleeping options! The outdoor space was so great! We utilized every deck, canoe, kayak, life jacket, dock, fire pit, it was awesome! Kindra was lovely to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to return!!!

beautiful property right on the water

Our group of 10 had a great time at Kindra's lake house! Everything was as the listing said it was. Plenty of room for all of us. We loved the large, screened in porch! The fire pit was awesome! My grandkids so loved jumping off the dock into the lake and we all enjoyed swimming. We had everything we needed for preparing meals and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. Also, so many great riding trails nearby. Everyone should check out Coler Mountain Bike Preserve even if you don't ride there are lovely walking trails. We also rented a boat from Prarie Creek Marina one day on Beaver Lake, such fun on this beautiful lake! So many good restaurants in Bentonville if you choose to eat out and never a shortage of coffee shops. I highly recommend this rental especially for a large group!

Great Living spaces and view!

The good: Great outdoor hangout areas including 2 decks and a great screened porch with fans; Very clean; Updated and good quality; Grill worked great; GREAT views; comfortable beds; good AC; good parking - We loved it!!!! The not great: The lock box code given to us was wrong but one of the basement doors was open for us to get in. No luck when calling the manager - no answer; Sliding door locks were mostly broken so we couldn't lock the house at night; interior doors not in good shape (everything else was in great shape); no DVD players. Overall we would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks for your great house!!!!

Great outdoor vacation!

I was looking for a property with access to water and great decks for us to enjoy the outside beauty and wildlife. This was it! The decks are great and we even spent mornings and afternoons in the screened-in porch. We ate all our meals at the table outside and it accommodated all 6 of us. A family of deer joined us each evening and we loved watching the little ones play. We used the 3 kayaks every day and swam in the lake. The water was fantastic on this quiet cove. We had plenty of room for us and our guests and their 2 boys. I cooked all of our meals and the house had everything I needed. You may prefer to bring your own knife but there are several good knives and pans there already. If you have favorite pillows then I would suggest that you bring them. Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing. We brought our dog and she absolutely loved looking out the screened in porch while we read and drank our coffee in the morning. We watched the squirrels play, herrons fly back and forth, a weasel, and a beaver cross the property. The neighbors are super nice and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and look forward to coming again!

This property has amazing views with as much deck space as living space. Easy slope to the private boat dock. Great fishing on lake Windsor. Incredible views of the lake from all 4 rooms plus the Kitchen and living room. Flat lot, plenty of parking on quiet cold sack, low traffic, close to town. The decks are the most impressive part of this property. If your a mountain biker, it's nestled in the middle of the three key destinations for bikers. Back 40 trail head, Coler and Slaughter Pen. Perfect for bikers of all kinds.
