Very nice and convenient for our family reunion. The property is not brand new but we had a great experience and would stay there again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had three grandparents with us, and the gentle walk to the water was super handy. Communication with Danielle was very easy.

What a nice place to relax! Plenty of room and you don't really notice the neighbors once you're in. The dock is awesome. It is very nicely stocked. The kids loved the massage chairs!

Great home where we could all be together! With adult children, everyone could also sleep in their own space. Loved the fully supplied kitchen. The kayaks supplied were fun on a beautiful lake. We also enjoyed hiking the beautiful surroundings. Host was responsive to all our questions and made their place very welcoming!

Everything was great, it is at a quiet end of the Loch, no wake allowed. Access to the kayaks and multiple outside areas to enjoy during all parts of the day. The kitchen was fully equipped, there is even coffee and kcups ready to be used. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed staying at this lake house and the owner was very nice and accommodating. I will stay here again, in the future, if the property is available and I will also recommend it to my family and friends when they visit Bella Vista.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beds/furniture comfortable it accommodated all our needs. Access to lake on a flat yard was very nice and not easy to find! Hot tub was a nice bonus for the cooler days/nights. We would recommend staying here again!

The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the easy access to the lake ( no steep climb!) The house had everything we needed and the check in and check out process was very easy.

Beautiful area and home. Host was accommodating and friendly, and the home had everything we needed and more. The property was relaxing and there was a ton to do- even without going in to town. We will be back!

Loved the location, the dock, the layout, all the cookware options/gas stove, firepit, dock, hot tub and the indoor fireplace. Oh and all the games/toys for our little one was the icing on the cake. The perfect getaway for our family. Thank you.

Loch Lomond

We really enjoyed our stay in Bella vista. We visited this area last year as well and look forward to coming again in years to come. Our hosts were excellent to work with and the house was beautiful and fully stocked. Fishing and kayaking were great off our private dock, but the hikes in our surrounding area were the main attraction for us. Having a nice soak in the hot tub after a full day of hiking was a must! Great trip!

We had such a nice time. The home is cozy and has plenty of room. The fire pit, dock, sun room, kayaks and hot tub all make this home one of a kind. We loved watching it rain from the porch and from the hot tub, having lunch on the top deck, getting a massage in the massage chairs in the sunroom, kayaking on the water, sunning on the dock, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and having family meals in the large kitchen. We were so busy with all of these things we didn’t even use the game room and wish we had! We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The hosts are also amazing, helpful and super responsive. We saved a duck with bumble foot that was hanging out and found a beautiful animal sanctuary. It was a trip none of us will forget and we will certainly be back. Thank you for being such great hosts and for having us!

Great place & set up for a family with two teenagers and a one year old. It’s tough to find a place for our age ranges but this place worked great! We appreciated that the pack n play, high chair, and kayaks were all provided which was nice not to have to haul all our gear. Excellent location for mountain biking trails and razorback greenway for paved trail biking. My teens liked the guest pass option for being able to continue working out on vacation at the fitness center & we also were able to play some pickleball at the fitness center. The host was very communicative on details of the property and very responsive when we needed to reach out during the stay. We would definitely stay here again. Would be a great place for multi-gen family trip or a girls/guys weekend.

Beautiful and well-stocked lakehouse with everything from coffee to high chair and pack and play for the grandkids. The beds were comfortable, and each room had nice bedding and plenty of nice towels including beach towels downstairs. Our family loved the kayaks and paddleboards, fishing off the dock and feeding the resident ducks. There were plenty of spaces to get away from one another, 2 decks with seating areas, a sunroom and a lovely front porch in addition to the living room and finished basement. Thanks for a great weekend!
