The hosts were very communicative, flexible, and overall helpful, the house was clean and stocked with the necessary accessories, and the lake was perfect. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful trip! The house was clean and just as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone especially with the 2 gathering rooms. The dock was super accessible form the house and the outdoor places were perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the house was as cute as can be!

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and making sure our stay was a great one. We had an amazing bachelorette weekend and I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful, and fun retreat.

We just stayed here with our family of six and loved it! It was our first time to visit the Bentonville area, and this location was convenient for all of the different things we wanted to do. The view of the lake was beautiful and we loved the easy access to the water. We also loved the easy access to the Tanyard Creek trails. It was clean and well-stocked. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit NWA!

Incredible Stay

We had a great stay at this place! It was perfect for our fam and it was so near the trails. A perfect getaway/retreat. The view is fantastic and the place was set up well with enough of everything to not have to pack your whole house to bring to your VRBO

Loved the location! Easy access and close to what we needed! Good Mexican restaurant near by! Cozy and chic decor, and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch! The small lake and private dock were great for relaxing in our floaters and enjoying the sunset!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay! The water and amenities were great. Great easy hiking trails with views and a waterfall! Stocked kitchen, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a bonus.

Lake Avalon stay

Great location. Easy drive to Bentonville attractions. Beautiful home on Lake Avalon. Owners were great and always responsive.

3 night stay

We enjoyed the screen porch, bird watching and just relaxing. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Planning another visit soon.

Great location and lovely home.

We loved the location and the owners were so accommodating. Due to a tornado in the area we will need to return to see Crystal Bridges. We will stay here again if available for that trip.
