Remodled Encinitas Home Close to Beach, Restuarants, Shopping and Coaster
Remodeled and decorated 2 bedroom home in Encinitas. The home is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, the freeway, the Coaster and just 1.8 miles from Moonlight State Beach.
This home boasts beautifully tiled floors, granite counter tops, and brand new stainless steel appliances. There is both a front and back yard with easy and ample parking.
The first bedroom has a California King bed, dresser, television and large closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, and closet, with access to the backyard. The main bathroom has a full shower and tub combination.
The living room has a full size sleeper sofa, television, and plenty of additional seating. The open concept kitchen and dining room can accommodate up to six guests and has an additional four barstools. All dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances are provided.
The backyard has a 300 square foot covered patio, with barbeque, perfect for enjoying the coastal climate. There is an outdoor shower on the side yard to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. The laundry facilities include use of a full size washer and dryer conveniently located adjacent to the garage.
Additional perks include the use of bicycles, body boards, (junior sized) stand up paddle board, beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys. The house is equipped with cable television and internet.
Attractions of San Diego: Del Mar Racetrack (July – August), and Fairgrounds (June), San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park and Museums, Sea World, LegoLand, Stephen Birch Aquarium, Seaport Village, San Diego Gaslamp District, La Jolla and Del Mar Villages, Old Town, Carlsbad Outlet Center and Flower Fields.

This Encinitas property was updated, clean, comfortable and a great location to visit beaches and areas on the coast. The patio out back has a sitting area, table and chairs, grill, and a nice fenced in backyard. We would definitely book this home again on a future visit to San Diego!

A great stay
We had a great tay for five weeks and especially enjoyed the pleasant neighborhood and convenient location to the center of Encinitas. The 2 mile Encinitas Ranch walking trail located at the top of the street was an added bonus, with a great vista to the East.

Clean and comfortable. Good fenced in yard for dog. Great hiking trail at end of road.

This sweet bungalow was perfect for us and our grown kids. Great location, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, nice backyard and heartwarming story of current and prior owners. Thank you for a great stay!

Great spot to enjoy North County
Clean and well stocked house in a very convenient location. 5 minutes to the beach and beach gear included. Will stay again.

Rosebay cottage
We loved it all! Nice neighborhood, great hiking trail, big backyard. It’s a perfect beach house.

Great Getaway
The house was perfect and I had a great time. I was able to bring my little dog with me which she loved too! My granddaughters came to visit and had a great time. I will stay again in the future!

Great Little Getaway Home in Encinitas!
Thus home was perfect for my family of 4. Lots of ammenities including beach gear. The kitchen had new appliances and everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend tgis location!

Our grandmother purchased this home in 1983. Many memories were made here and after she passed away we couldn't pass up the opportunity to keep the home in our family.
