The Leucadia Beach Hideout is no longer a short term rental. The hideout is available for 28 days or longer.
A long term rental is available to one person. You will need to fill out a rental application, must be employed, no pets or smoking.
A private upstairs studio apartment attached to private home with its own pathway and private entrance. The hideout sits on top of a garage, so is private. The most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on! A pillow-top Sterns and Foster Cal-King mattress, soft, comfy linens and comforter, full bathroom with shower, toiletries and hair dryer, toiletries and kitchen. Balcony with umbrella table and chairs. Perfect get-a-way for one person looking for a place close to the beaches (on east side of Highway 101, a three min. drive to the beach in Leucadia!
Local things to do: Relax on the beach, surfing, boogie boarding, walking the local beaches, bicycling on Famous Hwy 101, golfing at world renowned courses, hiking the beach reserves. Local delicious food restaurants, coffee houses, winery and pubs. Lots of shopping in funky Leucadia and Old Encinitas.
The Leucadia Beach Hideout has a large flat screen TV, faux fireplace, free Wi-Fi, dresser, desk, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, stove, iron and board.
Your own private outdoor washer and dryer, a surfboard rack. We provide beach chairs (2), boogie boards(2), beach towels, beach umbrella. No actual beach view but enjoy the beautiful sky sunsets on a balcony that faces west. Natural beach breezes!
Sorry, no pets , no smoking in the hideout or on premises, two people maximum spending the night. A perfect, spacious, safe and comfy studio in Leucadia!
