Very cute quaint beach bungalow one bedroom, one bath with full Kitchen, pullout Sofa that sleeps an additional two people, as well as a washer & dryer. Located in the heart of Leucadia (Coastal Encinitas), the home is 1/4 mile from the water and a short 8 minute stroll from local favorite Beacon’s Beach. Unit is equip with Smart television, Wifi, and Bluetooth Speaker in living room. Bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, and a dresser for storage. Fenced private patio with BBQ is the perfect oasis for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. One reserved parking spots come with unit. Delightful apartment in Leucadia. Well equipped, clean and everything works great. Plenty of drawer and closet space for our things. We plan to come back.

Great property with a fantastic location

The 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Check and stay process was very easy and we'd highly recommend the property.

Cozy Little Cottage in Leucadia

It was a delightful and cozy little cottage not too far from the beach. It was very clean, and we had all the comforts of home. We also loved the patio area out front.

Cozy getaway

I rented this property for the month of January and it was absolutely perfect. Great size for me and my pup, clean and it was located within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The 101 is one street over and you can drive down the shoreline to amazing beaches. Jess was very responsive to my requests - I asked for a dry rack for my laundry and Jess brought one right over. I highly recommend this property.

Week stay

I recently had to move out of my apartment due to mold in the old apartment in CA, so I am super sensitive to musty smells and indoor allergens. The place is cute, but I had a hard time breathing due to the musty smell. Luckily there are windows in every room which give good airflow to ventilate. I think the cleaner only cleaned the bedding and personal items which were all clean but if you have strong allergies it’s hard on the coast to find places that don’t have the musty smell and would recommend not staying close to the coast due to all the moisture . The blinds and windows were not the cleanest they could be. The place is decorated really cute and the bed is super comfy felt like I was in my own bed. They have a lot of windows which is great to keep the breeze coming in and ventilate. They have everything you need- just groceries needed if you want them. Jess is super kind and helpful and responsive but also respectful to privacy. I had an issue with the washer and dryer. Jess told me to use hers on the other side of the building due to the problem and assured me it never happened before. She even offered for me to stay an extra night to make up for it. If you are looking for a great place near the beach and allergy issues aren’t a problem for you, this is a good place to choose. Encinitas is farther away from all the downtown attractions so it is also very quiet and chill here.

Great beachside stay

Great location, Clean, and all you need for a place to stay by the beach. We really enjoyed the patio area and spent most of our time there whenever we weren’t at the beach.
