Very cute quaint beach bungalow one bedroom, one bath with full Kitchen, pullout Sofa that sleeps an additional two people, as well as a washer & dryer. Located in the heart of Leucadia (Coastal Encinitas), the home is 1/4 mile from the water and a short 8 minute stroll from local favorite Beacon’s Beach. Unit is equip with Smart television, Wifi, and Bluetooth Speaker in living room. Bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, and a dresser for storage. Fenced private patio with BBQ is the perfect oasis for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. One reserved parking spots come with unit. Great property with a fantastic location

The 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Check and stay process was very easy and we'd highly recommend the property.

Cozy Little Cottage in Leucadia

It was a delightful and cozy little cottage not too far from the beach. It was very clean, and we had all the comforts of home. We also loved the patio area out front.

Cozy getaway

I rented this property for the month of January and it was absolutely perfect. Great size for me and my pup, clean and it was located within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The 101 is one street over and you can drive down the shoreline to amazing beaches. Jess was very responsive to my requests - I asked for a dry rack for my laundry and Jess brought one right over. I highly recommend this property.

Great beachside stay

Great location, Clean, and all you need for a place to stay by the beach. We really enjoyed the patio area and spent most of our time there whenever we weren’t at the beach.
