This home books back‑to‑back weekly stays and can host up to 16 guests, so with such a small turnover window, occasional items can be missed — but they shouldn’t be, and we apologize. We can always send housekeeping right away for anything that needs attention during your stay. The home is on a routine pest‑control service, and with the hot weather, ants and roaches sometimes try to sneak in despite treatments. We do our best to stay ahead of it with regular pesticides, and we’ll continue monitoring this closely. All of our properties are professionally photographed to accurately showcase the furnishings and decor so guests can carefully consider the accommodations prior to booking. All of our properties are also on a routine professional pest control program, with retreatments available any time needed and/or requested by a guest. We sent a professional pest control technician to investigate your reported bug problem, as well as one of our managers, and no bugs were found. We have full-time maintenance and housekeeping available 7-days a week, including after-hours, to quickly address any and all issues reported by guests. For guests convenience, our office is open 6-days a week, additionally, for ease of communication, the Sea Star Realty site features Live Chat for real-time correspondence with one of our staff members, plus we have an after-hours answering service. It is our mission to ensure our guests have the best, most comfortable vacation experience possible.
