Estrella Cottage is just a block from Barrett Square, in the center of Rosemary Beach. A short stroll or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, shopping and pools. Estrella has a playful, colorful, contemporary style with wrap around porches on the ground floor with rockers, swings and a long day-bed sofa perfect for relaxing, conversation and people watching. A large, private screen porch in the private backyard offers more space to eat, drink and gather.

The open interior features cool stained concrete floors and warm colors with a pecky cypress wood ceiling. The home's décor is a blend of contemporary, personal and Caribbean inspired custom-made furnishings. The living and dining area have been newly refurnished with an oval wood dining table perfect for family meals, and a comfortable sofa and chairs for conversation or TV viewing.

The spacious kitchen offers ample room for guests to prepare food and drinks. A chef's table / bar provides a fun space for meals for little ones and for happy hour beverages and snacks.

A full bath downstairs provides easy access for guests and for clean-up when you get back from the beach or pools.

First floor Bedroom:

Serene en-suite bedroom with cathedral, cypress wood ceiling and a mahogany King bed, private bathroom featuring a walk in shower with dual shower heads, walk in closet, and direct access to the large backyard screen porch.

Second Floor Bedrooms - Each with a private balcony overlooking the town:

Ensuite Bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom, walk in closet, seating area and a balcony offering views of Town Center.

The other two bedrooms - one with a Queen bed and the other with two Twin beds - share a hall bathroom with a double vanity sink area and a separate toilet/walk-in shower room. Both bedrooms have roomy balconies with private views of the boardwalk in front of the house and of Georgetown Avenue.

In addition, the built-in Twin beds/sectional in the second-floor foyer provides additional sleeping space for 2.

We welcome our guests' pets! There will be a non-refundable pet fee added for each pet. Please speak with a vacation planner to have this added to your stay.

To explore Rosemary Beach and 30a, take advantage of the four complimentary bikes that we provide with the house rental. In addition, the cottage comes with complimentary access to the Rosemary Beach Fitness and Racquet Club, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. The living area includes a 65” smart TV to allow you access to streaming services.

This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
