The house and cottage were amazing. It was clean and well stocked. No issues at all. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.We would love to stay here again!

The property had everything we needed, was clean and the management company was very responsive. Great location and the pool was a huge hit as well!

Everything was wonderful. The house was very clean and the welcome gifts were appreciated. Loved having king size beds in each bedroom and bathrooms. It was nice to be by the shopping center and the beach.

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, spacious for our family of 10. Kitchen was well stocked. And our group loved lounging in the pool and sitting on the shaded back deck. We would definitely return again.

Great place for large families

Loved the location and the setup of the house (bathrooms for each of the bedrooms) and open area for congregating! Fully stocked and great for making meals and hanging out on the deck. We'd definitely come back again.

Great stay

The location of the property was super convenient. The house has plenty of room to gather as well as for everyone to have enough space. It was spotless and well managed overall. Pool was a huge plus and communication with the managers was easy and prompt. Would definitely recommend.

Better than the photos, attentive management!

10 amazing nights with 5 adults and 4 kids-plenty of space for everyone, although the kids were mostly in the pool! Love Poipu as a launch pad for the rest of the island and this house was such a perfect home base. Grandma even got her own bungalow/ohana!

Multi-generation Family Vacay

The property was just as described but even better! It was very clean, well appointed and the pool was fantastic. The communication from property management was prompt and the specifics about the house was clear - i.e. when garbage service comes and yard/pool maintenance. The location was also a huge plus. Close access to Poipu and Koloa popular spots. It was great to have beach chairs and a cooler as well. All appliances and air conditioning worked great. I highly recommend this property.

The property management was great at communicating. They were very responsive to our request and brought what we needed quickly. They also had some great recommendations prior to our trip.The house was perfect for our family of 10. We loved hanging out on the outside deck and the pool was a hit with the littles. The casita was a great addition as well. It was nice having the chairs and umbrella plus the mini cooler to take with us to the beach. The welcome gift was a nice touch too! Overall it was perfect for the whole family and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house!

Our whole family, 10 people including littles and teens, loved our stay in this house. It is gorgeous and comfortable as well. The teen boys were in the one bedroom apartment and the rest of us in the main house. Perfect setup. It has a well equipped kitchen with quality utensils and appliances. The lovely landscaping, pool and lanai completed this perfect property. We would definitely stay here again.

Kauai trip

Both house and cottage were clean and nicely equipped. Only minor issue bugs and small ants in the bathroom and kitchen Otherwise both house and cottage would have received the highest marks.

High marks for a well run rental property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean, well stocked, in a great location. Staff concierge services handled reservations during the busy holiday season-and had reached out to recommend making side trips and dinner reservations for the stay months in advance. Staff also reached out during the stay to make sure questions answered and no problems.

This was a beautiful house that easily accommodated our multiple couple friends group that traveled together. Very clean. Communication with the property management was easy and timely. Our only recommendation is to have the house number more visible to find. That was challenging, especially at night when we arrived. But once we found it, all was good. We definitely will look forward to staying here again!

A perfect stay in paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time at this property! It was even better in person than on the website, something that doesn't happen all the time! Our party included six adults and three kiddos under eleven, and there was plenty room for all. The outside deck was the perfect spot to hang out, the pool a huge hit for all, the kitchen was roomy to prepare meals in, loved the location close to the beach and so many activities. The property management was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and requests. We'll definitely be back!
