Imagine waking up, filling the Jacuzzi tub up with hot water and soaking up the beautiful sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is a part of the magnificent Beach Colony Complex. Each floor is private and keeps unwanted guests from being able to access your area. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach included in the rental.

As mentioned before this Condo sits right on the Beach. The beach has luxurious white smooth sand and clear emerald blue water. The area is perfectly populated, not like many overcrowded vacation spots.

The amenities of the condo are listed below. Some worth noting though are the fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, tile showers, washer, dryer and an amazing spacious wrap around balcony that connects to the master bedroom. The floor plan is great. A breakfast nook, dining room and living area flow perfectly. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedroom hosts two double beds, one large closet, a couple dressers and a TV. The living area has a very nice television to relax and enjoy some of your favorite movies.

The local area is amazing with great restaurants nearby. Our favorite restaurant, the Tiki Hut, is just a 5 minute walk to the corner. They have great breakfast food including pastries for the morning routine.

It’s a short walk or drive to a lot of the activities people look for. The place is great for kicking back and getting in some much needed R&R. Wave runner rentals are close, bike trails, beach volleyball, and a very nice pool are favorites.

The beach is great to enjoy during the day. Pull up a chair soak up the rays, head back up to the room and enjoy the view for a quick lunch and then go enjoy the beach or activities. At night you can enjoy the sunset and have a nice relaxing evening on the balcony or go out and enjoy the town.

Great Condo

This is our second stay at this beautiful condo. The balcony view is amazing and we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets. Missy is a wonderful host and provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect stay!

Our stay was fantastic! No problems and property owner was super helpful! Great location and great beach access. Stayed with two adult daughters and my elderly parents. Elevators were impressively fast unlike previous places we have stayed. And the guys renting umbrellas on the beach were eager to help everyone and very friendly!

Great spot!!!

This property was in a perfect location in Navarre and included all amenities listed on the website!!! The property manager was very attentive and communicated with us regularly. Only bummer was that the ocean was double red most of the week, but you can’t control Mother Nature!!! However, the weather was perfect!!!

Relaxing Vacation

Beach Colony is in a great location. Walk to the pier or beach-themed restaurants. Andy D’s Fried Cheesecake with praline sauce is a MUST! The property is under construction/repairs but did not affect our enjoyment. Be aware, you will need to reserve chairs on the beach WEEKS in advance for front row seating. The condo is beautiful & we enjoyed the balcony when we weren’t on the beach. Missy was an excellent host.

Beautiful condo!

This is a great place to stay, will definitely rent again. It’s very convenient, with the pier and restaurants in walking distance. The view and the large balcony are amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, and all of the furniture is comfortable. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella were definitely an added bonus. The property owner is very accommodating and attentive to detail, making sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break Mode

My husband and I stayed for 5 days. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a text that made sure we were able to get in. The property was spotless with amazing views from every room! Absolutely gorgeous with the most amazing and kindest owner!

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo after Christmas. The condo had everything we needed and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Missy was easy to communicate with and checked in to see that we had everything we needed. It was a stress free, relaxing way to end the year. We will be back.

Fall Break

The owner communicated with us prior to arrival and ask that we text on arrival to make sure everything was ok. The condo was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Condo

From start to finish, everything about this condo exceeded our expectations! First and foremost, the communication with the host was exceptional. She really goes the extra mile to ensure her guests are pleased with their rental experience. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, with a comfortable and stylish interior and the view of the beach and pier is absolute perfection! The furnishings are of high quality, and the kitchen is well stocked to ensure you have everything needed to cook meals. We will definitely be returning soon!

Couples Retreat

My husband and I came to Navarre to spend some quality time together after being married 31 years. We loved the condo! It was lovely and so comfortable. The beach was breathtaking as always! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo for couples or families!

Poor attention to detail left us wanting more...for the same price, consider a managed property

TL:DR--Look Elsewhere Upon arrival, we noticed the front entry door appeared to be damaged and the locking plate in the door jamb had a screw coming out. This was immediately reported to the owner. The owner asked for the repair to wait until after we checked out. The door was in working order until halfway through the stay when the lower screw came out -- which then made the latching mechanism inoperable. This meant the dead bolt had to be secured to ensure no one could enter the condo. Because we can't lock the dead bolt from the outside, someone had to remain in the condo at all times until a repair. We contacted the owner again, as well as VRBO for assistance. Only at that point, the owner contacted the condo maintenance who came to repair the latch. While speaking with the owner, we discussed the unkempt appearance of the condo. Explained there are holes in the ceiling of the laundry room (which were stuffed with paper towel) and damaged and missing blinds in the bathroom. The missing blind faces the shower, providing an excellent view to the pier -- however, the glass is not frosted, so those people on the pier can also see you in all your glory. If you choose to stay, know that most of the household linen (bath towels, dishcloth/ towels, etc) are threadbare. Which wasn't a huge deal, but worth mention because we wished we would have packed our own. Upon checking out, bed linen was stripped (as requested) & blood was found on pillows/ mattress pad. Ew gross.

Girls Trip
