Updated and clean one level home w/pool provides convenience and all the comforts of home; fully equipped kitchen, open living rm w/large sectional to take in the games on one of 4 flat-screen TVs. Play games/puzzles on the large dining table. The Master Suite incl a 5 pc bath and king size bed w/walk out access to the pool. Two other bedrooms have queen size beds and share a full main bath.
Enjoy the beauty of this special backyard and patio, whether it's while sipping your morning coffee or dining outdoors. Lay around the pool or take off to enjoy the many activities located less than 30 mins away;
Take in Baseball's spring training events; Mariners/Padres stadium is less than 3 mi away & walkable via a paved trail + 7 other baseball teams stadiums nearby including the AZ Cardinals/Phx Coyotes stadiums. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and more!

The home was everything we needed for the stay. Spacious and clean inside with nice gathering area next to the pool. Location was super close to the 101 which allowed for ease of access to get around the city. Communication from check in to check out was great.

The communication with Tonya was quick and clear, and she was so easy to work with. The house was clean, and well stocked and the beds and couch were comfy. Only thing that could make things a little better (and it’s just a small thing), is larger, more luxurious bath towels. We loved the outdoor space, the BBQ and the quiet mornings around the pool with a coffee. Thanks again Tonya!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay very much! Beautiful clean home and nice neighborhood to walk. Everything we needed to feel at home on vacation. Enjoyed the backyard and pool too. Would definitely stay again.

Great place! Accurate information!

Everything was as listed and the homeowner kept in contact with us before we arrived. Great location in Peoria with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Plus close to some of ballparks.

Great stay in Peoria

We visit Phoenix for a work project and Tonya house is was the perfect choice for us. Very close to our project site and to many other place to shop and restaurant. House was as described and was an easy check-in and out. We will choose Tonya house for our future stay here in PHX.

Our second time here was just as great

We enjoyed staying here for the second time just as much as the first time. The house is very comfortable, in a great location and the pool is wonderful. The hosts are great and communicative. We will be back again!

Loved It!

Great place for a home in the sun. We were ready for warmth and sunshine - and we found it! Great host, Tonya, was available to communicate with and the pool, ahh, it was just what we needed. Planning on going back!

Wonderful Stay

We rented this property to combine a work trip with a few days of vacation too. It was great. Convenient location to work and fun. Loved having a pool to relax in. The property had everything we needed. Would love to stay again sometime.

We spent our 20th anniversary enjoying this gem. Truly the chefs kiss of getaways. This home is well appointed with lots of little extras. Comfy beds and lots of space to enjoy the pool, lawn and exceptionally quiet neighborhood. Restaurants everywhere within a few minutes and the people we met were nothing short of wonderful. We will be back.

Spring Training

The house is conveniently located to several ballparks and has everything you could need. The homeowner checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and see if there was anything we needed. We would stay again!

Keep coming back

We enjoy staying here. This was our 5th time we staying here. Always feels like home. So much in the area - shopping, restaurants and other venues. Always clean. The host is easy to contact. Highly recommend.

Great Location

The property is at a very good location. I enjoyed having the private backyard and pool. Very spacious house. Owner provided essentials. Washer and dryer a plus. The owner had good communication and made the check in and check out process a smooth one.

Family time

My husband and brother and I visited my mom in Peoria. The house was a great place to hang out. It felt very spacious and the kitchen was plenty big. The place looked just like the pictures and the owners were responsive. We will probably be back!

Excellent Stay, Beautiful Rental!

We stayed here a couple of years ago and were impressed with every aspect of our experience. Tonya's communication is superb, we were able to check in early, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the home is spotless, patio/pool area is amazing, quiet neighborhood, doughnuts withing walking distance, many great restaurants in the Phoenix area. This year we did a day trip up to Sedona, and that is beautiful, as well. Thank you, Tonya! :)

We had a great trip! Great communication with our host. House is very spacious and super clean. Kitchen is very well stocked - we prefer to cook our own meals, and the array of spices, utensils, pans, and bakeware eat the best we’ve ever had. There are quite a few spices too. Laundry was great - soap and spray and wash available. So (anyone who reads this will) know…. There is a drip coffee maker, not a Keurig. There were plenty of filters available. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!
