Nothing has been overlooked in this beautiful home that is professionally decorated and offers 3 bedrooms. Complete with the finest linens and new furniture for your ultimate comfort. The master bedroom is set to please you, offering a plush king poster bed, 50' LCD TV and an extra large master bathroom with private toilet room. The two additional bedrooms have plush queen mattresses and shelved closets for your ultimate comfort. This home is equipped with cable television and has a 60' HDTV flat panel television in the living area. High speed wireless internet is provided free of charge and there is a work area for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware, large pantry, and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is a 2 car garage, laundry room, fenced private backyard with a pool, grassy area, and covered patio equipped with a gas grill. The park is literally outside your kitchen window.....home is open to a beautiful green area and park equipped with doggie parks, tennis courts, basket ball courts, playground, and walking trails. All linens are provided, including pool towels. The home is located near multiple golf courses and even has a 5 Star golf course within 20 minutes. We've covered all the details so you can enjoy your stay and feel at home.

We love staying at this Parkridge home. We have vacationed here multiple times, and already have another reservation for a future stay. Kim is a terrific host: quick to respond, a good communicator, and very attentive to keeping this home in top shape.

The location of this property is EXCELLENT! Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc., all within a reasonable driving and walking distance. Park across the street has a walking path, playground and fenced in dog park. Communication with property manager was easy and pleasant.

Excellent! 10/10 Our stay at this beautifully appointed home was fantastic! The beds and linens are top of the line comfortable! The owner, Kim, has it decorated so nicely! Very tasteful! Nice furniture throughout the house! The house is very clean!! The neighborhood is quiet… the park across the street from the house has great paved walking paths… jungle gyms for kids and dog parks for the furry friends. Communication/check in/checkout was easy. We willDefinitely want to rent this single level 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a gated pool again!

Great Location Perfect Setting

Everything was as described and so close to the Grocery, Dining, and highways. It is directly across from a park with a playground and tennis courts. The use of the Garage was so good with the summer heat it will be even more valuable. The beds were all very comfortable. The only downside was that very little for cooking like spices, oils etc or coffee was there. We had to purchase coffee, which we left, and filters; the ones there did not fit the machineMinor details only. it was very comfortable and I will most certainly use this one again

Spring Family Trip

We booked this home for a family vacation, which our adult children visited us at various times. We chose this location for the area, golf courses, restaurants, and close to friends. It did not disappoint. The gated pool worked out perfectly, and the house was everything promised. We would not hesitate to come back. Thanks

Perfect house and location with a great host

The house was perfect for our stay. Attractively decorated, clean and well organized, equipped with everything we needed. Located in a friendly quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a grocery store, Walgreens and a great coffee shop. Close to major freeways, with plenty of hiking, restaurant, and entertainment options. Kim was a joy with work with, very responsive to any questions we had. Plan on being back soon!!

Pictures are accurate

Very clean property. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has what you need. If you’re a coffee drinker, you’ll need ground coffee. I brought KPods - but no keurig. If you have pups, dog park across the street. Not a huge dog park fan, but this one was very clean.

Home Away From Home

This is our second time staying at this wonderful home. It truly feels like a home away from home. It is extremely clean and well cared for with numerous amenities. The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood that is close to a lot of things to do in the area. You can’t go wrong with this home!

Great place to stay in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Kim was great to work with. Bery quick to respond with questions. House was very clean and in a great location. Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood when winding down in the evenings afte a long hot day of baseball.

Nice stay

We were in town for a karate tournament. The house was easy to find. Easy to access when we got there. House was very nice, my son and I enjoyed walking in the park across the street. Pool was very nice, water was clear and clean. Only 2 things someone might want to be aware of. No shampoo or soap provided, while not a deal breaker by any means I just wasnt aware of it and had to go buy some. Next time Ill just bring ours. In a changing entertainment environment it only has direct TV. We are streamers and there didn't seem to be any way to stream on the TVs. Id suggest rather than paying for direct TV they could save on money and be more aligned with other places and just provide streaming you login to your own accounts. Again definitely not deal breaking just an inconvenience for our family. Definitely enjoyed having a TV in the master bedroom. I asked a couple questions and got a timely response which is always appreciated. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and items for use. Id definitely recommend staying here. Having a garage was really nice staying in the middle of summer as well. Always felt safe in the area. If our tournament returns next year we definitely would stay here again.
