Nothing has been overlooked in this beautiful home that is professionally decorated in a fun nautical theme. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. Each bedroom is complete with the finest linens and plush mattresses for your ultimate comfort. This home is newly remodeled and has new bathrooms and tile throughout. Equipped with free wifi and cable television in each room. The living room boasts a large 60” hdtv flat panel television and the master bedroom has a 50” flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for complete meals and new appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is an attached 2 car garage, washer/dryer, fenced private courtyard, and a private patio for relaxing and barbequeing. The community pool is just around the corner. All linens are provided, including pool towels. This home is perfect for golfers, located near multiple golf courses and even has a 5 star golf course within 20 minutes. We've covered all the details so you can enjoy your stay and feel fabulous during your vacation.

Wonder Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The home was exactly as pictured. Like being at the beach, but in AZ. The home was very well equipped. Did not have a need to contact the owner during our stay.

I would stay again

I would stay here again. There was enough space for my small family. The house was extremely comfortableand welcoming. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe.

Convenient Location

Home is located convenient to stores, food places and is in a quiet neighborhood. Always enjoyed coming “home” after a day out and about. Easy access to major highways. Thank you Kim for the welcoming feeling and home amenities you provide. Appreciate that you were prompt in answering any inquiries I had. It was a good stay at your “Beach” home!

Nice home in good location

House was clean and as described. For our needs it was located about 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium. Didnt have any issues and had no communication with the owner.

Good location

The home was nice, we had ants in the kitchen and there seemed to be dog hair on the furniture and rugs but that is to be expected when you stay at a place that allows pets. It was hot and the air conditioning worked great. I would suggest fans in the rooms, they would go a long way keeping the bedrooms cooled at night and help with not needing to turn the air down so low. Lots of shopping and dining close by with easy access to the freeway. With a few exceptions we were happy with our choice.

Great place to stay!

This a really nice house. Spacious living room, dining and kitchen. Nice big primary bedroom with a nice attached bathroom. The kitchen has good pots and pans, plenty of dishes and even some nice bakeware. I had no problems cooking food to take to a BBQ!. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in town visiting family. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderfully decorated home..an oasis in the desert, comfy beds for great sleep, dog friendly so all family members shared the graduate’s excitement, excellent location to explore AZ…or just find a great place to catch a meal recommend Arrowhead Grill for celebratory meal, Mimi’s Cafe for brunch after church at Northwest Community, and Charlie’s at Westbrook village for casual dining. Thank you VRBO hosts for a memorable time.

First time in the West Valley

This was our first time staying in the West Valley and we were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with how close restaurants, shopping and activities were. We especially loved the Rio Vista community center which we used extensively during our stay. The house is as the pictures show with the exception of a different area rug in the living room. All beds were comfortable and pillows are foam, lots of options ensured you could find one that suited your needs. The fenced and secure yard was a big plus for our little dog and we used the BBQ and outdoor space a lot while we were there. The pool is not heated but on the hot days it was certainly usable and our granddaughter enjoyed it when she was there for a visit. The neighborhood is walkable and being close to the New River Trail for running and biking was a plus. The house has lots of towels and hand soap, dishwasher pods, paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bags were provided which was very appreciated. Not mentioned in any reviews to date is the presence of the Luke Airforce Base. While the planes do not fly everyday, when they are active they can be quite loud. No screen on the patio doors and a gap at the bottom of the Arizona door are inconvenient when trying to bring fresh air into the home but keep out the critters. Our F150 truck did not fit into the garage but it was very useful for storing bikes etc. We enjoyed our two month stay in this home.

Great property

We stayed at the property for 4 weeks during January 2024. Property was very clean when we arrived. Communication worked very smoothly and would definitely stay there again.
