This unit sleeps up to 7 with a king, queen, twin and sleeper sofa.

Beachside Condominiums is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 3-story complex features a community pool and private beach access. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Your stay at Beachside Condo 9 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The coach sinks in and the kitchen needs better cookware. Sliding door to balcony was hard to handle. There were no blankets in the condo only light bed coverings. Customer service was slow to respond.

Dump in Great Location

Benchmark was great to work with and made check in/out very easy. The location is perfect, right on the beach, the AC worked great, and it is very close to seaside. That's about the best of it. The primary bathroom smells like urine ("with notes of bleach"- my husband). The furniture was uncomfortable and probably from a garage sale. The cabinets were falling apart. The freezer was rusty. The sliding door was very hard to open, tons of rust. Every wall had unpainted patches all over. Huge crack down the center of the living room. Just a wreck. Even with the ideal location we will never stay here again.

Beachside Condo 9

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was clean and nice. Only downsides were that the glass sliding door didn't open, this was reported to the management company. Since we were only there for one night, not an issue, but would have been if we were there for longer. The furniture did not match the pictures, but was fine. The lock coded didn't work, but was solved within 5 minutes, this has happened at other places and different rental companies, for us, so not unexpected.

Nice but no cigar

Reviewer Comments: Great location with spectacular views Poor paint job on the walls; someone painted the walls but didn’t finish the entire job.A couple of live roaches spotted running around the living room. If you have a roach phobia keep looking.And no elevators are in this compound.Beds were comfortable;nice kitchen.

We were glad it was 3 in our group, condo says will sleep 6, it can but wouldn't recommend, square footage of condo small, but fine for us 3 n we knew that. Please update pics of living rm. The only issue we had was slow tub drain in 2nd bdrm and toilet a weak flush. We stayed in beachside condo #9. Easy access to bch. Please finish painting living rm n kitchen. Very obvious; would just improve appearance. Loved the complimentary toiletries. It's a nice complex would recommend to others

Great view BUT the condo needs a major facelift

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire condo needs updating. Our main issue was master shower did not drain. Went 2 days before maintenance showed up to make repairs and after first shower had to call in again. Cockroaches, the condo needed to be sprayed. Sliding door at balcony needs a major over-haul. When you can hear screams from the beach and smell cigarette smoke from the guest below is a big issue. Sheets on bed were paper thin. The VIEW was breathtaking. However, for the price we paid we expected the quality of the interior of the condo to be much better. The couch was not the same in the pics and pics should not be as deceiving. Would I recommend the property to a friend... not that same condo room but the overall facility, yes.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had an awesome view and location. But the unit itself is lacking...the unit was very...very...dirty. There was zero privacy with the kitchen blind being broke and anyone walking thru to other units could look directly into the condo. The furniture was in desperate need of being replaced and was showing wear and dirty from years of use. The outdoor patio furniture was a very cheap Walmart plastic chair which in itself would not have been as bad if they had been cleaned. We had to wash down the two chairs that we sat on as they appeared to not have been cleared for a very long time. We also had to call the management team 4 times as the codes provided didn't work. This was a concern for us on leaving the unit and the young lady that we spoke to seemed to of not been concerned about the issue. Had we had access to another unit we would have checked out and moved on.

Pictures of this rental unit on the website are misleading

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, right on the beach as advertised however, the website pictures of this unit are not true. The pictures show a very nice brown leather couch that looks comfortable. When we search for places to stay we make decisions on what we see and the way the unit was furnished played into us making this decision to rent this unit. When we got to the place, our code did not work, so we called management and they were helpful in providing another code. When we opened the door to the unit, the fist thing I said to my wife is that this is not the unit we saw on their website. The brown leather couch that we thought was there turned into a raggedy old dirty cloth couch that was sunken and felt like we were literally sitting on the floor. What a shock to us. MANAGEMENT CO, please require the owners to put "up to date factual pictures" on your website. It looks bad on YOU! I will always remember to be leary of BENCHMARK properties because of this experience. We basically spent our inside time in the bedroom so we could be somewhat comfortable. The master bathroom shower in this unit had a verrrryyy slow drain. Just a little liquid plummer would have done the job. The view was good but again the unit was old. Don't think we will stay at Beachside again as this is the second time we had a poor experience with this property. Don't want to get into the 1st experience but, trust me it was BAD!!. Be careful.

Condo needs updating!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view of this condo were great. However, that did not make up for the fact that the walls had holes, peeling paint, and looked dirty. The coffee maker was rusted and the dryer didn’t work. We contacted management but all they could do was reach out to the owner to ask about replacing the dryer. This was frustrating bc we brought clothes based on being able to wash and dry them. The bed linens were old and the couch was peeling. There was a lot more, and the owner needs to make major updates and renovations. I would not stay here again.

Needs a Lot of Updates...

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachside Condo 9 needs a lot of updating and improvements. The pictures online make it look better than it really is. We had several issues when we first arrived: dirty, dryer not working, sliding glass door not opening, clogged master bath drain, pest issues. Benchmark sent someone right away to fix the door and drain. They tried fixing the dryer and couldn't and never came back or had a pest control person come out. We have coming to 30A many years and since I was a child and this was the first time I had been very disappointed in my 'Gulf front' condo experience. The owners or property management company really need to invest to bring the property up to date especially when people spend a lot of money to vacation on 30A. On a positive note, the beaches are beautiful there with the white sand and blue waters.

Enjoyed the View

We enjoyed the property, but I would recommend replacing the pillows on the couch and fixing the clogged drains in the bathroom tubs. The entry way rug looks like it needs to be cleaned or replaced. As it appears many of the older properties in Seagrove are being replaced by high-end structures, I hope Beachside remains an affordable place to stay for years to come.

Great place for the price

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at beachside. Only 2 issues during stay. One was that chairs in the living room need to be replaced, since they were broken in the seat. The other was that we had to rewash dishes before using them since they all seem to be unwashed or have dried up food on them. But besides those minor issues the place was amazing and in a gorgeous location. Would still highly recommend.

This condo was right on the beach with a great view of the water but three flights to climb which we were okay with but might be hard for some. Decor was very dated and tired. Desperately needs an update. Mattress too. Den furniture was so deflated and hard for a small person like me to even sit in some places. Only two eyes worked on the stove. But we love that section of the beach. Great biking. Found a new little pizza place with gf pizza.

Great location-Not well maintained

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condos fixtures, furniture, appliances were run down or in disrepair. Dirty and dented walls, chairs that couldn't be sat in because you would sink to the floor. Several stove burners did not work until I fixed them. Multiple light switches and a fan that didn't work. Kitchen utensils not clean, A/C filter wet and dirty, vacuum didn't work, sliding door and back doorknob didn't work. Gnats in the refrigerator and water dripping inside, bad odor. Food/drinks dripped down furniture and walls. Poorly maintained over all. Thankfully, the bathrooms were clean.

Needs Updating, Broken Furniture

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I highly recommend looking for a different property if you want to plan a relaxing vacation. The chairs in the living room were broken, pillows were lumpy, and headboard on bed creaked and hit the wall behind it anytime someone moved. The place was dusty, paint peeling, and overall out of date. Until renovated, I would not recommend booking. If you are just looking for a roof over your head with good A/C, then this would be the place for you. We spoke with Benchmark after our stay about the condition of the unit and they were unable to offer anything as a result. After years of booking with this company and having them cancel on us last year 2 days before our trip, we are done with this rental agency.
