Cassine Dream: 3BR, Gulf Views, Pools, Tennis, 150 Yds to Beach

Top-floor, corner-unit, beach getaway. Less than 2 miles from the center of famous Seaside. Right on scenic 30A with gulf views. The only one of its kind in award-winning Cassine Station. Just 500 feet to the whitest sand beaches in Florida.

This unit has everything. Gulf views from the west bedrooms and observation tower. Two pools, two tennis courts, nature-trails through a native cypress forest in the midst of Cassine Gardens, and direct access to state forest hiking trails.

The double-size, open balcony overlooks the forested gardens and swimming pool and provides a secluded spot to enjoy the quiet sunrises and evening breezes. Comfortable deck furniture includes a table, sling chairs, a teak settee, and teak armchairs.

This spacious, three-bedroom sleeps up to eight (four adults and four children) in comfort, with NO hallway bunk beds or sleeper sofas. There is a king-size bed in each of the master and second master bedrooms, bunk beds in the bunk room and second master bedroom. Comfortable mattresses, quality linens, pillows and comforters. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub. The second bathroom has a combination tub/shower, and a separate vanity area that provides access from the hallway and the second master bedroom.

For entertainment, there's a large screen flat panel LCD TV in the living room, a flat panel LCD TV in the master bedroom, and a flat screen TV in the second master bedroom. DirectTV satellite and DVD players means you won't experience any multimedia withdrawal unless you want to. For outdoor entertainment, there are two pools, tennis courts, a large trail system through State forest land with miles of hiking and off-road biking.

The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and maple cabinets. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking up your own beach cuisine a breeze.

To get to the beach, just walk down the observation tower stairs, or take the elevator, and walk across 30A to the beach access. Cassine Station is centrally located and within walking distance to most of Seagrove's fine restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and all 30A has to offer.

Cassine Dream comes with, tennis rackets, beach umbrellas/chairs, beach towels, and sand toys.

Location, Location, Location!! Loved the QUICK walk to the beach, and condo immediately off he elevator! QUITE CONVENIENT! Thanks to the owner for sharing his wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella! We had a great set up with borrowing his stuff. The condo itself was LARGER than expected. Plenty of room for everyone. Also, we appreciated the thick curtains in bedrooms, and helps when you want to sleep in!! The kitchen had everything we could have needed!

Great Week!

We were very impressed with what was advertised with this property when we booked, but Cassine Dream exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and very acommodating. An easy walk to the beach and many amenities. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, played pickle ball, many family memories made! Looking forward to returning.

Great Place To Stay

We had a wonderful time in the condo. We had plenty of room for a family of four we could probably fit another family in there too. They had everything you could need. Close walk to the beach. Lots of fun toys and beach accessories. One thing that was kind of a bummer was the closest pool was closed and the other one is a pretty far walk for two kiddos. Definitely a must stay condo. Thanks for having us.

Cassine Dream family of 5 Spring Break

Our family had a great stay at Cassine Dream. There was plenty of room in the condo for myself, husband, and children ages 12, 16, 19. The area is cute and very safe. Seagrove is right between the popular Rosemary and Seacrest towns. Both are so fun to stroll through. The beach was beautiful, not overly crowded, and clean. The beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and toys were so nice to have. The public beach access is under construction so we needed to walk about a half mile each way to enter. As I said the property was very safe, cute and clean. The pools are not heated so we didn’t use them. We had fun at the pickleball courts each day. Equipment was included in the rental along with plenty of tennis gear. The condo is surrounded by Mom and Pop restaurants. Honestly we could have walked to so many. Bikes and golf carts are very popular but not necessary, we never had much of a problem parking the car when we ventured out. We had a wonderful stay and Len was kind and prompt in all communication.

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect stay! The listing was exactly as it was listed. The location can’t be beat. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach! The condo was so clean and very well stocked with anything you need. The only downside was the crowded the beach. It was hard to find a good spot. We were there the week of the 4th though. I would stay here again. Great for families!

Amazing trip! Stayed with family-another group was in another room on same top floor. Another group was at the high condo across the street. Our room was perfect! We loved the brizzonis pizza place with live music or karaoke! And even got ice cream one night. Loved the caramel cheesecake.The walk to the beach was really easy. The condo has everything you need. The wagon, Beach chairs, toys, multiple umbrellas, we didn’t need to bring anything! Plenty of starter items. We just had to get a couple rolls of toilet paper to last a full week. I recommend to report anything not working-it was apparent whoever stayed in it before us didn’t report a broken food disposal and Also, seemed like a dog made a mess in the bunk room and wasn’t cleaned up properly. The owners are happy to fix whatever-it obviously wasn’t reported by the previous visitors to fix. . The condo balcony was great, lots of space, lots to do. No Beach towels and that’s clear in the guide sent. I loved all the hooks Everywhere to hang up towels, suits, or hats. The big high condo across the street is no longer private beach, so our public beach area was plenty big. My husband went out daily at 6am to put out our chairs and umbrellas to save us a space. It did get crowded and you won’t be able to get a front space if you don’t go early! We walked every morning on 30A. We did the nature trail one morning. That was cool also. Loved everything about this area and this condo! Would definitely stay here again!

Great option if you have kids!

The place was very clean and well maintained, an easy walk to the beach and other dining/shops. It seemed very soundproofed which we appreciated, as we have 2 energetic boys and we felt like we didn’t bother others! Beach gear/toys were appreciated!

We loved staying here. The place had plenty of room for us and was right in the middle of our favorite Mexican restaurant and shaved ice shop. Walk to the beach was so easy and the chairs they supplied ended up being very helpful!

Fantastic

We really appreciated the proximity to public beach access, ease of parking, proximity to restaurants, cleanliness, abundance of charging ports, elevator, beach supplies. We didn't use our vehicle at all after parking on day of arrival. Don't forget to bring your own beach towels. A picture of a basket with several beach towels was in the photo profile but we couldn't find any beach towels on arrival. Luckily a beach supply store is across the parking lot.

Amazing location!

We have never stayed in Santa Rosa and it was wonderful!! The condo is beautiful and well stocked. The location is fantastic with everything you need within walking distance. The beach is so close and easily accessed and we really appreciated the cart, chairs, and other beach accessories that were made available to us. We had an issue with the condo not being cleaned before we got there, but it turned out to be a very simple mistake that was quickly fixed, and the communication was excellent. Where are you? Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Mother Daughter Spring Break

We really enjoyed our time at the condo for our mother daughter spring break trip. It had the perfect amount of beds for our crew. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed while there. Fantastic location with quick easy access to the beach. The pool was perfect on windy, cool days. Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful Place

Great place to spend spring break. The condo was great, clean, very well stocked with anything we might need. Pool was nice, great tennis court, cool nature trails. The fridge bulb burned out while we were there, and there was a backup on the shelf. Pretty impressive. My only complaint would be that the beach was very crowded on the sunny days. This was peak spring break, so not surprising. What was surprising to us is that all the adjoining beach areas are "private" and they're pretty aggressively marked as such. I've not experienced that level of beach territorialism at other beaches we've vacationed. Again, if it wasn't peak spring break it would be much less of an issue. We still had a lot of fun.

Bonnie and Len grew up in the midwest and never had the opportunity to enjoy the ocean. When we moved to Atlanta, that made us close enough to visit the gulf often. Soon we had to have our own place so our children could experience the wonders of the beach. We love Cassine.

We vacationed on 30A on for several years before being introduced to Cassine Gardens and Village. Cassine Station was just starting construction and we were lucky enough to get the top floor end unit with the most space.

Cassine is the only neighborhood on 30A with old growth native cypress forests, it's close to the beach, and it borders on state forest land. It's a real hidden gem right in the heart of Seagrove Beach.
