*** BUILDING IS UNDER CONCRETE RESTORATION, noise and balcony may be happening, reduced price reflects**** The views from this unit are nothing short of spectacular. This unit is on the third floor / WALK UP/ with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a large living and kitchen area. Included are beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels. There is plenty of parking but will need to fill out paperwork in advance for parking pass. CONSTRUCTION to exterior is happening now in the two front buildings. This is jackhammering noise and dust and balconies are affected by this. JUNE 2026-? price is reflected in work happening. The pass must be returned to avoid 50.00 fee
Perfect location walking distance to Grocery store and very close to restaurants, The Cocoa beach pier, famous Ron Jons and Cape Canaveral. There is a washer and dryer in this unit available for your use but no soap provided due to preferences. There is also a large coin operated laundry facility on premises for larger loads. This unit has been updated with all new stainless appliances, new tile flooring in common areas, new guest vanity and toilet, new paint 1/2024. Pool is heated. FYI. THE BUILDING IS UNDER CONCRETE RESTORATION 6-26 - ? THE BALCONY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE! NOISE !

The property was a little dated, but well kept overall. The view of the ocean was amazing. Also, the pool was closed while we were there, so that was a bummer. Overall a great deal for the condo and a very good vacation.

This condo was good for our short holiday weekend. It is definitely an older condo, but for the age it is well cared for. The host answered her phone immediately when we could not get the door code to work on arrival. It was a simple fix that only took minutes. This is a third floor unit with stairs. No elevator service available. The view was spectacular! Beach front with easy access, so this was a plus as well!

The view was great. We loved the balcony. The towels are bedding were all clean. The beach area was nice. Not super crowded when we stayed in the second week of June.

The view was incredible we even got to watch a rocket blast off from the balcony. Excellent restaurants and shopping close by. A comedy club close by, everything within a few minutes away. We were very pleased and look forward to staying again.

Great location and host!

The location of the condo was perfect and it had all of the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The Publix and some great restaurants are within walking distance, which is so nice. Allen was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions prior to, during and after the stay. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the Cocoa Beach area.

Awesome location on the beach

I like the location. Could watch the boat races and easy access to the beach. The unit is getting old and would benefit with renovation. Overall a good stay. A little noisy at night with equipment on the roof.
