One of Folly's Best! These 3 beds 3 bath condo located in the Marshwinds community is a coastal oasis. Upon entering you'll be greeted by beach decor and fresh updated flooring. Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings all come together to make this a home away from home! All bedrooms have their own TV and each have access to their own bathroom. The primary bedroom has an en suite with Jacuzzi tub and also private entry to the screened balcony spanning the back of the condo. The unobstructed marsh views continue as far as the eye can see making this the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Amenities abound at the Marshwinds community. Spend your days relaxing by the beautifully maintained pool or take advantage of the great location being just a 10-15 minute walk from restaurants and the beach or just a quick drive to downtown Charleston. Your family will love the community dock where you can fish and crab to your heart’s delight. Summertime traffic can make parking a hassle but you'll never have to worry with 2 spots reserved for this unit. Everything you need to make your vacation easy breezy! While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.

Nice condo, but no hot water

We arrived at the property in the early evening and after a long day of travel some of our party wanted nothing more than a good bath/shower. However much to our surprise there was no hot water! As it was after business hours the phone number we were given for contact just went to voicemail. The next morning we had the management company send over Maintenance and after a brief inspection he said that the internal breaker on the water heater had tripped and he had reset it and said it should be good to go. The water heater was fine for the rest of the day, but again on our second evening the breaker again tripped and again found ourselves without hot water. We were able to reset the water heater breaker and again the maintenance crew stopped by. Obviously the water heater needs fixing and hopefully that will be taken care of before anyone else uses the condo. One other repair that that also needs to be taken care of is the fact that at some point a "plumber"? installed all the valves on the shower facets backwards so if you think you are turning on cold water it is hot - and vice versa. (If this is not fixed signs need to be placed in the unit so someone doesn't get accidentally burned). Finally when the maintenance crew visited the second time they were very apologetic for the trouble we were having and said that we should be entitled to some consideration for our inconvenience. Maybe he should not have said anything - but we have not heard anything since.

Fall getaway

The condo was clean and well maintained. All appliances were newer and in good working condition. I had stayed at Marsh Winds a number of years back and it needed several upgrades. Happy to see that the work has been done and the property is in great condition. We will return

Wonderful stay

The condo was perfect for our family of five. It was the perfect location while visiting our daughter at the Citadel. The pool was a bonus for my 9 year old daughter. The condo was exceptionally clean and the amount of supplies was perfect. The owner responded back immediately with answers to my questions. 5 stars!!

Incredible marsh view home!

This condo was so perfect for our time in folly beach. It’s a great location if you want to walk to the beach or drive into Charleston. The porch was possibly the best part with the peaceful view and sounds of the marsh. The owners were so responsive and welcoming. This place was fantastic for our family trip!

Folly Beach!

The condo was absolutely lovely and clean, clean, clean!!!!!!!! We loved everything about it except 3 tiny things; no Keurig coffee pot, no batteries for the tv remote in bedroom, and the shower temperature in all bathrooms was crazy! The water was either scalding or icy. That being said, thank you. We had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay

Everything was great ! We don't have a single complaint. We were close enough to walk to dinner, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The condo was very clean and alot bigger than we expected.

Girlfriend time

The overall experience was good. The unit is dated.( doesn’t bother me) Had Trouble with the hot water in 2 of the showers. You can only get it in a certain position finding it takes a while. The jacuzzi bathtub looked clean until I got in and turned it on. Clumps of long black hair came floating out. The Tv in the very front bedroom didn’t work. The corner of rug in the living room is a tripping hazard. It curls up.The refrigerator filter was on red needing to be replaced. Lastly this was a big disappointment to all of us. The Wi-Fi is unsecured. Needless to say we went through our Data and had to pay my carrier more money. None of these things are life crushing. We still enjoyed the place. 3 Bathrooms is a plus. Location is great. The screened in porch was fabulous.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated home. Quick walk to Folly Beach, all the great eateries. Short, easy drive to Charleston and all its wonders. Very clean and safe.

Girls Away

We had a very nice time relaxing in this unit. It was just the right size for our group, comfortable and clean, and close to all the activities we wanted to do. We didn't do much cooking but when one guest fixed breakfast one morning, we could not find an appropriate spatula to flip an egg. Even so, we will repeat next year!

Long weekend at Folly Beach/Charleston

Great location, close to beach and short ride to Charleston. Good size rooms and bathrooms for all. Great that owner supplied small bags with toiletries for each bathroom in case you forgot to bring yours. Downside was that apartment above had kids running around that you could hear through ceiling, but we didn’t spend much time inside, also 10:00am checkout a tad early, 11:00 would be more user friendly. Would recommend and definitely stay at this location again,

Girls Road Trip from Ohio.

My 79 year old mother asked me and my 2 sisters if we could do a girls trip to Charleston to visit my cousins and to visit her sister's grave. This condo was perfect for us. Very clean, spacious, and easy to get to. Having the balcony was so nice for early morning and evening relaxation. Would highly recommend. Bk

Short but sweet visit at this lovely condo

I am already daydreaming about staying at Folly Beach in this condo again! Everything was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The views from this unit were so pretty overlooking the marsh. The kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage of the oven, stove and toaster oven as well as the microwave and coffee maker. Due to hurricane Ian, sadly we decided to cut our four night stay short. But our host was gracious and generous with a refund. We had no issues at all with the keyless entry. The condo is on the main road just before you get into the main area of folly beach. It is within walking distance of downtown and the beach. Just overall, an excellent place to relax while vacationing in this area.

Family Get Away

Great stay for a family 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.The location is a short drive or you can walk to Folly Beach. The Condo was nice but could but could use some up dating but all in all a great vacation. Just remember this is a Condo with a balcony and its a vacation destination area. Would recommend the place for a vacation.

Great location

We came to spend time at the beach, and this location was perfect for easy access. We could walk the half mile easily, so went to the beach all three days of our trip. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

nice stay

Nice and spacious. Only issue was there was no TV remote for the master bedroom. We notified staff but never heard anything. Overall a nice large place that was clean and comfy. Close to the beach!

Very comfortable stay

This is a lovely property. It's on the second floor with an expansive view of the marshland. The unit was completely clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having three bedrooms and three baths; we only used two but had the third handy in case of conflicts at shower time. I left behind one item and got a call from management aboiut an hour after we left. I was still nearby so I was able to pick it up before heading home. I recommend this unit and wouild be pleased to stay there again.

Heavenly!

But needs a little tweaking... The dishwasher doesn't work, even after repeated washings and almost completely handwashing dishes, it still didn't clean. New, soft blankets need to be purchased! The blankets feel like sandpaper. Otherwise, this is a fabulous home with an incredible view and perfect location
