We really enjoyed our stay! Short 10-12 min walk to the beach and a lot of convenient amenities in the building (like carts for your bags!). We will definitely be back again!

Great place to stay!

This is a nice, clean, spacious condo with a great view of the marsh. Our family had a great time and loved that the place is within walking distance of town and the beach. The view of the marsh from the screened porch is beautiful.

Great place

Everything was exactly as seen in pictures and as advertised . The host was very good about all information and was awesome at getting all checkin info etc to us in a very timely manner! Thanks for a great experience with you and your property!

So nice!

Great location, easy walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets on the lovely screened in porch. It was clean and we were able to check in an hour early. Thank you for a lovely visit, we will be back!

Okay for a short stay

Convenient for walking to the beach and restaurants. Better towels, etc., for the bathrooms would help.

Memorial Day Weekend 2023

Good property & kitchen well-stocked. Walking distance (0.5 mi) to Folly Beach and decent (~12 mi) distance to downtown Charleston.

Lovely place

The condo is clean a d so easy to access. The patio seating does need some repair from weather and wear, but still comfortable and the sunsets are gorgeous. We walked to town and had a nice breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend staying here.Ina M

Great place for our family

We really enjoyed the close proximity to Folly Beach. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was cleaned and the company had it ready 2 hours before check in - which we really appreciated. Would definitely return.

Great place

1st review I have written. This place was the nicest we have ever stayed. Quiet clean and spacious. We travel about twice a year for the last 18 years and this was a nice surprise. Excellent Highly recommend

April vaca

Good location, beautiful beach (beach pass would help) good space in condo, quiet, a pair of oven mitts in the kitchen would be helpful for removing things from oven and maybe a second dish towel. All in all it worked quite well for our stay.

Very nice place

Place was really nice. Wasn't prepared for the TV in the great room area ..had to use Roku and we dont have an account..Wasn't on the booking, we are old school i guess.Jacuzzi tub made a loud pitch noise when we tried to use it ..but other than that was a very nice place .would definitely stay there again.

The location was great the condo was clean the living room area needs improvement no comfort chairs the couch was old and one end of recliner did not work . There are no chairs in the bedrooms. I know it’s not your fault but king tide and heavy rain for two days. Would stay here again if you change the couch and put comfy chairs in living room.

A few problems! Because of sulphur water in the pipes we had to move from 2A to 2C.Both units have porch doors that don't lock.2C jets tub doesn't work and it was full of thick dust.No laundry detergent available. Everything else was fine. Next time we'll see about renting a different unit. We previously stayed in 2O.

Nice place. Need to replace the living room couch . It was broke, felt dirty& we sank in it. Outside porch furniture was also not able to sit on. The dishwasher was not usable because it’s so old you couldn’t shut the door. The bathroom washcloths were so thin you could see thru them. Parking was good under cover & convenient to elevator. Carts were also helpful.
