Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stay for Citadel Homecoming Weekend

This place is in the same neighborhood of friends that stay in Folly. Good location for going to the "Lost Dog Cafe" for breakfast in walking distance.

Perfect Location-Lovely View

This unit is very comfortable for one or two couples or a small family of four. We found it clean with a few minor complaints that were quickly corrected by the very attentive rental agents. A short walk to the center of Folley Beach. Although not ocean front, it does front the intercoastal waterway and has lovely views for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Quiet and friendly development. The pool is large and clean. The beds are comfortable and linens were plentiful. I would stay here again.

Great Location Management Issues

We easily found the condo, but the condo had not been cleaned after the previous guests left. I immediately contacted the managing company (Vacasa), and they sent someone to clean the unit. We left to get dinner and came back to a clean unit, thankfully. Nothing was offered to us for the trouble. Secondly, this condo is in desperate need of updating and some repairs. The handle on the sliding door to the porch was loose, and the laminate on the counters was coming off. Additionally, the shower curtain in the master bath was filthy and needed to be washed or replaced. The toilet in the master bath also seemed to have a leak. I would not use the dishes until I washed them. The great thing about this condo is its location. It is so convenient that we were able to walk to the pier and to some of the restaurants on the island. We also loved the view. The pool was a great plus as well. We wanted to use the tennis courts, but they seemed in disrepair, and it was too windy in the evening.

Bathroom Shower in the hall and Kitchen Faucet was not usable. Sprayed water everywhere. Reported issue and asked for a partial refund. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED

River View close to Folly Beach

First impression, tennis courts looked like a storm had been through and were closed. Dead Christmas trees stacked by the dumpsters (March). Pool was closed but that was disclosed. Good: views from two balconies and clean. Bad: furnishings are dated. Bathrooms and kitchen need remodeling.
