This newly remodeled condo features two bedrooms and two full baths, one upstairs and one downstairs. Also included is a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There are three TV’s, one in each room and one in the main living area, includes satellite Direct TV. Also included is free WIFI. Wonderful screened in back porch to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the pond! Also included is a full size washer and dryer. In the lower storage area there is everything you need for a day at the beach- sand toys, tent, and beach chairs! Included is a 6 passenger golf cart and two kayaks to explore the island! There is a gas and charcoal grill available for use as well (you will need to provide your own charcoal and gas). Condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay on the island including bath towels, beach towel and bedding! Just bring your bathing suit, sandals and enjoy the paradise of Little Gasparilla Island!

Property includes complete private access to the condo, use of the 6 passenger golf cart and all amenities provided by the association including private secured parking, free ferry every 2-3 hours, heated pools, boat slip and Gulf side beach access!

On the island you will enjoy all the privacy and charm that Little Gasparilla has to offer! Grocery delivery is available on the island along with amazing brick oven pizza (no grocery or restaurant on the island)! On the mainland there is a Publix’s and Walmart within a very short drive to do all your grocery shopping. There are also many fine dining restaurants on Boca Grande (10 minutes from ferry)

There is free gated secure parking on the mainland and a free ferry to the island provided by the condo association. Once on the island you can use the 6 passenger gulf cart that is included with the condo to explore the island or get around on foot. There are no cars permitted on the island.
