Mainland car parking is secured and gated where you can ride the associations (free!!) passenger Ferry 10 minutes to the boat access only island where 7 miles of white sand beach to roam, shell, hunt for shark teeth or fish. The island is treasured by those who have “discovered” it. Walk over the boardwalk to the beach looking left & right – seeing only shore birds & dolphin or venture out on the water to the most Prime Fishing & Kayaking Florida has to offer. We loved visiting LGI for nearly 20 years so in 2017 we decided to make it even more of a part of our lives; we are excited to be able to share the islands beauty with our guests!

Please remember you will be on a private island, there are occasional disruptions to ferry service if there is a weather event; we will do everything we can to help arrival and departures and appreciate your patience. Transportation is up to the Captains/Coast Guards discretion

The condo was very comfortable and provided really quick and easy access to the beach. The beach itself was incredible - delicious water for swimming, amazing and abundant shells and miles of open, unpopulated sand to walk and explore! The pictures and descriptions of the condo and beach are accurate. The sunsets are into the water and spectacular every single night! If you love the beach, the ocean and the quiet of living in it's rhythm, then you will love Lisa and Chris's place. Lisa and Chris were quick to answer questions and ready to be helpful in making our stay wonderful!

Lisa and Chris's place was absolutely wonderful and comfortable. They were great communicators and very responsive. We loved staying at the private and exclusive Little Gasparilla Island. The 10 minute ferry ride was easy and once we got to the island it was easy to get our things to the condo. We got to enjoy a lot of long walks. I've never seen so many seashells on a beach. At dusk we got to see the dolphins and great sunsets. At night we walked the beach with headlamps. Sitting on the decks of the condo we could hear the ocean all day and night. Adventuring on the island, we found Hoots Library. The history of the island is really interesting too. Everyone we met on the island was very nice. This place is definitely paradise. • We had a wonderful time at Lisa and Chris’s place, the location was beautiful and they were very responsive. Loved hanging out on the screened in deck in the evening with the sun setting over the water. Check-in and check-out were very easy, we brought our 1-year old and it wasn’t stressful at all. To any others with children, we were able to rent baby items from a place in Englewood (pack-n-play) and have them delivered right to the mainland security gait prior to arrival which saved us any hassle. Beautiful desolate island, would definitely stay here again!

• Best value on the island!! Lisa & Chris’ communication was second to none. Central part of the island and the beach was incredible.

• Paradise! Lisa and Chris's apartment is exactly how they have it pictured. Beach is a 30 second walk down a boardwalk. Beach is gorgeous it is full of shells, sand dollars and even shark teeth on shore!! Sunsets are breathtaking. It was very easy to communicate with Lisa and Chris, they were always very helpful and informative with any questions we had. Little Gasparilla island is a hidden gem perfect for a quiet getaway, Lisa and Chris's place is the perfect home to enjoy the island! We will definitely be back!
