Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom main floor (entry level, no stairs) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and mountain view. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Fantastic

Great Mountain Condo

Our stay could not have been better. Our family of four stayed here for a few days to ski at Sugar and beech mountain over Christmas week. The condo is spacious and clean and has everything we needed. And the view from the balcony was spectacular. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful

The condo was very nice. We didn't have much time to enjoy the amenities of the resort because we spent much of our time hiking. The instructions received for check in and check out were very clear. The view from the bedroom was spectacular. I was able to enjoy a small breakfast with coffee while taking in the view. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Fun Weekend

My husband and I took our daughter, son--in-law, and 10 month old grandson to Boone for the weekend. The condo worked out great for us. We had plenty of room, it was clean, and we enjoyed the location being away from town a bit. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and fitness room.
