Cozy and comfortable place with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Close to ski spots and other things to do. One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at which was absolutely wonderful!

Great location and the place was clean and stocked with the essentials. The indoor pool and hot tub were great and my son really enjoyed the fishing ponds.

We found the condo comfortable and cozy. The owner made a real effort to decorate for the winter holiday season. Use of the pool/hot tub after our ski day was essential. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and tools.

The place was in great proximity of Boone and blowing rock areas. The interior and facility was great. Be sure not to arrive beyond closing time for the gated community maintenence or management. We called after hours on a Friday and could only leave a voicemail when the door code they sent us didn't work. Nobody called us back, emailed, or responded via the app. After several attempts to call and continued attempts of the code, the code finally went through. Once in the unit we turned on the water and turned the heat up a little due to the chilly night. We attempted to turn on the gas logs but couldn't get them working. Without notice, maintenence showed up at 930 in the morning to fix the gas logs. We were unsure how they knew of the issue but we're grateful for the response. For the rest of the weekend we kind of felt like someone was watching our listening in the space. A bit of paranoia but the place was very well suited and kept. Also, we probably picked a bad weekend to stay because they were doing tree maintenence the entire weekend with the constant sounds of chainsaws took away any peace and quite while at the facility. Luckily we planned on being out most of the time.

Perfect for family of 4

The property was very clean and decorated beautifully. The location is close to attractions in the area. I would stay here every time I visited the area.

Super clean and beautiful location!

This is the cleanest property we’ve ever rented! Beautiful condo nestled in the mountains surrounded by nature. Very secure location, about 15 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. Will stay here again!

Amazing!

Pictures don’t do this place justice! It was beautiful, clean, cozy & safe! Comfy beds, hot tub in master bath (which I didn’t even realize) & awesome pools! We will definitely be back!

Christmas shoping

We get out Christmas tree from the area. Any issues I had, Heather addressed them and made this satisfactory. The place was clean and east to access.
