Cute little 3 bedroom bungalow, ready for family fun. This house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two living rooms for t.v. viewing. It has a brand new kitchen and appliances. It has a separate laundry room and mudroom. It has a wonderful gas fireplace in the main living room that will heat you up on cold days. It also has a great little creek on the property that you can splash around in on warm days.

Great place outside of Boone

We loved our stay here!! It was about 5 miles outside of Boone!! Easy to get to and and a great place to stay!! Definitely will be there again!!

Ski Trip

Great place to stay. It was close to the ski slopes we went to and close to lots of great places to eat. The property manager was very responsive and the check out process was a dream! Perfect house for family vacation. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in this area.

Awesome long weekend at this cute little bungalow!

Everything was lovely- the property, the location, the decor etc. We felt cozy and at home during our Thanksgiving vacation. Will definitely rent again on future trips to Boone!

Perfect for an App State visit!

Very comfortable stay. House was cozy on a chilly February weekend. Close to Boone and a grocery store.

I adore this little house. She's older but has been fixed up so cozy. We had issues on arrival but the property manager lives close by and was very attentive. It's quiet and feels like I'm waking up in a painting! The house is literally at the gate of a cow farm so be warned if you're visiting in warm weather. Boone and Grandfather Mountain are right there as well as lots of other cute small towns.

Great find!

This was a great spot for our family who were in for a college tour and football game. Very clean, plenty of room and property manager was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location to Boone

This is probably our 4th time staying at this bungalow. Convenient to downtown Boone but off the main road to give a country feel. Look forward to our next stay!! Melanie L

Great place!

The house is exactly as pictured and very clean. The owners are very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! Not far from lots of activities.

Nice house close to boone

We had a nice stay as we visited family in Boone. The stream in the front of the house was really nice to play in and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the house emensly.

Cozy retreat

We loved the decor and the house was laid out nicely and very accommodating. There was lots of room for the kids and adults to have their own space. The kids loved waking up to the cows nearby.

Very Relaxing/ Clean

My family of 5 had a great experience at this property. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the family room where we could watch TV together. Good location- miles from restaurants. It's an ideal stop for a weekend getaway in the mountains. We would stay again.
