Perfect location for a relaxed beach getaway, yet close enough to enjoy a little piece of both Santa Cruz and Monterey County. This condo has amazing views facing Santa Cruz - Great for Sunsets! New beautiful floors, updated kitchen, modern bathroom with all new tiled shower! There is a real advantage to beach level condos as you save on rates compared to upstairs ocean view homes, while having direct beach access. This home is a gem.

This home is on the beach level - so no stairs to climb. Just walk out to the beach and enjoy! This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is full of tasteful decor and design! The master bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful shower. The guest bedroom comfortably features a twin & bunk bed (bunk bed has a full on bottom and twin on top). The living room has a smart Samsung TV with Apple TV & Blue-ray and a cozy electric fireplace for all of your entertainment! The dining table has seats for 6 & there are 2 bar stools available at the breakfast bar. This is a lovely, comfortable and updated home where you can relax together.

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Admire the beauty of the sand dunes and enjoy miles of uncrowded shoreline. Collect sand dollars on the beach and watch the sea life. From seals, sea otters, whales, snowy plovers, to the magical sights of the pelicans flying overhead, step back and truly soak in the relaxation.
