Perfect location for a relaxed beach getaway, yet close enough to enjoy a little piece of both Santa Cruz and Monterey County. This condo has amazing views facing Santa Cruz - Great for Sunsets! New beautiful floors, updated kitchen, modern bathroom with all new tiled shower! There is a real advantage to beach level condos as you save on rates compared to upstairs ocean view homes, while having direct beach access. This home is a gem.

This home is on the beach level - so no stairs to climb. Just walk out to the beach and enjoy! This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is full of tasteful decor and design! The master bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful shower. The guest bedroom comfortably features a twin & bunk bed (bunk bed has a full on bottom and twin on top). The living room has a smart Samsung TV with Apple TV & Blue-ray and a cozy electric fireplace for all of your entertainment! The dining table has seats for 6 & there are 2 bar stools available at the breakfast bar. This is a lovely, comfortable and updated home where you can relax together.

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Admire the beauty of the sand dunes and enjoy miles of uncrowded shoreline. Collect sand dollars on the beach and watch the sea life. From seals, sea otters, whales, snowy plovers, to the magical sights of the pelicans flying overhead, step back and truly soak in the relaxation.

Great stay

This was such a great stay for our family! Loved the easy beach access. Location is a little far from the main attractions in the area but was not bad to drive and the property itself made up for it.

Amazing location

This property is in an amazing location just steps from the beach. Check-in was simple and communication with the property managers prior to our arrival was great. This property is perfect for families. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend stay for my daughter’s 13th birthday. She brought some friends along and we enjoyed the beach and spent a day at the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. Centrally located location.

Great location - beach getaway!

Loved the property! View was exactly as the listing described (for once). Very clean and warm. Walking access to beach in 1 minute. Also a great location as it’s close to Santa Cruz and Monterrey and Carmel. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay here!

Quiet beach place for our family's vacay! Close to Monterey, Santa Cruz, Carmel and 17 mile drive. Condo had everything we needed and more! Everyone was super nice and helpful! Beautifully decorated

We enjoyed our stay, just a few steps from the beach.. The kitchen was well equipped. The only downfall was we were unable to use the fireplace.

Beautiful stay

Us girls had a great time at this beautiful property!!! Maintained beautiful grounds, quiet, and tranquil. Loved that the beach was steps away. We walked the beach every day and saw some amazing sunsets. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

End of Summer Getaway

Nice accommodations—comfy furniture and beds. The ice-maker and clothes dryer were on the fritz but the property managers informed us of this well in advance of our stay and offered some bagged ice and laundry service.

Even better than expected

From the communication at booking, to check in and our entire stay—we were pleasantly surprised! Despite its somewhat dated external appearance, the inside of our condo was beautifully appointed, clean, pest free and stocked with everything we needed. Completely quiet and almost empty beach made it ideal for our family get away and a great home-base for excursions to Monterey and the surrounding tide pool areas. Highly recommend!

WE have been going to Pajaro Dunes since 1973. Our children and grandchildren grew up going to Pajaro. Since we have lost our Patriarch we went in his memory for a couple of days.

Needed R&R getaway

This is a great place to get away and be in comfort, quiet, and in nature. The condo had everything we needed, we were mesmerized staring out the large windows on the dunes, and the very close access to the beach was wonderful. Check in and say "Ahhhh!".

Great location and comfy spot

This is the second time we've stayed at this specific condo now. We love the location, being literally minutes from the beach. It's also close to places like Moss Landing and Monterey Bay, a great launching point! The condo itself is lovely, it is well-designed and up to date, has all the amenities one would need and we always feel cozy and at home here. We were with our infant baby both times, and it has worked well with him too!

Fantastic location and cozy condo

This condo was everything we hoped for! First of all, you can't beat the fact that the beach is right out the door! The condo itself was very nicely decorated with all the appliances and kitchen amenities you would need. The place is tasteful, clean and convenient. The view if the dunes from the living room was gorgeous. It was super easy to check in and check out. And the beach was fantastic! We'll definitely be coming back here!
