This oceanfront condo is located in the highly desirable, gated Shorebirds community at Pajaro Dunes and is a south facing, third floor unit. It is a fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 2-bath condo sleeping 6 comfortably and is ready for you to enjoy. From the front door, you are immediately greeted with breathtaking views of Monterey Bay.

Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean where seals, dolphins and otters frequently play in the surf and the occasional whales swimming by can be seen from the comfort of the living room. This south facing unit is located on the 3rd floor with a vaulted ceiling and extra windows bringing in warm, coastal sunshine.

The unit is furnished with a California King in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin bunk beds. The unit offers free Wi-Fi and a 55" Smart Flatscreen TV in the living room. The primary bedroom has a second, 40-inch flat screen TV. Both rooms have DVD players. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings and views from inside the unit or stroll down the steps to miles of unspoiled beaches.

The Shorebirds complex is adjacent to Sunset State Beach and is ideal for long walks, shell collecting and sand castle building. Other popular activities include surfing, boogie boarding, fishing or playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball on the community’s private courts. At night you can experience a sunset view on the beach and simply lull yourself to sleep with the calming sounds of the ocean waves enjoyed from the condo.

Additionally, you can enjoy day trips to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and several local wineries…all are just a short drive away.

Eat in using our fully stocked kitchen and BBQ or go out to one of the many local restaurants in the nearby areas of Watsonville and Moss Landing.

We love spending time at Pajaro Dunes and have tried to make this a comfortable home away from home. We hope you will enjoy everything as much as we do.
