Beachfront Condo with Spectacular Views, Comfort and Fun For All

This oceanfront condo was remodeled in April 2026 with all new kitchen, common areas, and bathrooms. It is located in the highly desirable, gated Shorebirds community at Pajaro Dunes and is a south facing, third floor unit. It is a fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 2-bath condo sleeping 6 comfortably and is ready for you to enjoy. From the front door, you are immediately greeted with breathtaking views of Monterey Bay.

Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean where seals, dolphins and otters frequently play in the surf and the occasional whales swimming by can be seen from the comfort of the living room. This south facing unit is located on the 3rd floor with a vaulted ceiling and extra windows bringing in warm, coastal sunshine.

The unit is furnished with a California King in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin bunk beds. The unit offers free Wi-Fi and a 55" Smart Flatscreen TV in the living room. The primary bedroom has a second, 40-inch flat screen TV. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings and views from inside the unit or stroll down the steps to miles of unspoiled beaches.

The Shorebirds complex is adjacent to Sunset State Beach and is ideal for long walks, shell collecting and sand castle building. Other popular activities include surfing, boogie boarding, fishing or playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball on the community’s private courts. At night you can experience a sunset view on the beach and simply lull yourself to sleep with the calming sounds of the ocean waves enjoyed from the condo.

Additionally, you can enjoy day trips to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and several local golf courses and wineries…all are just a short drive away.

Eat in using our fully stocked kitchen and BBQ or go out to one of the many local restaurants in the nearby areas of Watsonville and Moss Landing.

We love spending time at Pajaro Dunes and have tried to make this a comfortable home away from home. We hope you will enjoy everything as much as we do.

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful, comfortable and clean Shorebirds third floor condo! The ocean views were incredible! We could see dolphins and sea lions looking out our window. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and truly relaxing. We really appreciated the umbrella and chairs for the beach. Such a lovely unit that makes a wonderful beach get away. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the view of the ocean out the window was fantastic, and access to the beach was a 2 minute walk from our doorstep. The hosts also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards for us to use. Sandi replied quickly and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

Super clean and beautiful condo! It was perfect for our family. The views are incredible from the living room and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the home. The kitchen is beautiful and full of everything you need. We would definitely come back!

This is a beautiful condo - recently remodeled with such lovely high end finishes - and the beds are SO comfy! Sandi is an amazing host, and I always love the incredible ocean views (sea lions, dolphins, and whales on the horizon this trip!), the incredible proximity to the beach - not to mention the property at Pajaro is great. I can't wait to stay again - and the induction stovetop in the remodeled kitchen is also amazing!

The condo was great and as we expected! However the bbq grill was not functioning so we had to use alternate cooking methods. Went to buy the propane at store but couldn’t get it to light properly. The shower step down was a little tricky. 2 of us almost fell out. Thank you for the boogie board, sand chairs and kite. Oh yeah one of the chairs was broken. We took it to the beach and noticed it then!
