This oceanfront condo is located in the highly desirable, gated Shorebirds community at Pajaro Dunes and is a south facing, third floor unit. It is a fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 2-bath condo sleeping 6 comfortably and is ready for you to enjoy. From the front door, you are immediately greeted with breathtaking views of Monterey Bay.

Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean where seals, dolphins and otters frequently play in the surf and the occasional whales swimming by can be seen from the comfort of the living room. This south facing unit is located on the third floor with a vaulted ceiling and extra windows bringing in warm, coastal sunshine.

The unit is furnished with a California King in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin bunk beds. The unit offers free Wi-Fi and a 55" Smart Flatscreen TV in the living room. The primary bedroom has a second, 40-inch flat screen TV. Both rooms have DVD players. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings and views from inside the unit or stroll down the steps to miles of unspoiled beaches.

The Shorebirds complex is adjacent to Sunset State Beach and is ideal for long walks, shell collecting and sand castle building. Other popular activities include surfing, boogie boarding, fishing or playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball on the community’s private courts. At night you can enjoy a bon-fire on the beach or simply lull yourself to sleep with the calming sounds of the ocean waves.

Additionally, you can enjoy day trips to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and several local wineries…all are just a short drive away.

Eat in using our fully stocked kitchen and BBQ or go out to one of the many local restaurants in the nearby areas of Watsonville and Moss Landing.

We love spending time at Pajaro Dunes and have tried to make this a comfortable home away from home. We hope you will enjoy everything as much as we do.

Excellent Getaway

Loved how at homey and cozy the place felt. The bed was comfy and the place had everything you needed. The view was spectacular I am definitely booking this place again

Birthday Trip

Love Pajaro Dunes. Spent 3 nights on 3rd floor. Condo was clean but a bit musty. Opened doors and windows and then it was fine, think carpets were ready for cleaning. Bed in master was comfy, leather chairs with footstools were great (comfortable seating all a requirement for my bookings). Kitchen well stocked. View wonderful. TV was tricky until day 2 we finally got the hang of it.

Beachfront perfection

Definitely would stay here again. With comfy beds, a perfect ocean view while you drink your morning coffee, and easy access to the gorgeous sandy beach to play with our granddaughters, it truly was a perfect stay. Thank you so much!

Fabulous condo

We love staying at this condo! Great view! Nicely furnished. Responsive owner. Everything you’ll need in the kitchen. For a meal out try the charming garden outside seating at Haute Enchilada in Moss Landing- great food.

Beautiful, comfortable and family friendly!

I love this place and hope to return soon. The views were beautiful, there are plenty of sand toys and beach items accessible to help keep packing for the trip lighter. My 3 year old LOVED the easy walk down to the beach, building sand castles and watching ocean life from the window. We even saw a seal swimming in the surf! I loved hearing the ocean from the master bedroom/living room, relaxing by the fire and enjoying the nice amenities. Plus the bed was super comfortable, made me want to buy the same mattress! So thankful to have stayed at such a beautiful place.

Great girls weekend away

There was a group of 4 of us women who came to celebrate our 40 years of friendship (since elementary school). We had a great time! Condo was clean, great views, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Vacation with our French Family

I am so pleased with the unit. This is my third stay in Pajaro and I will be staying in contact with the owner hoping to book at their unit only in the future. Higher end furniture, beds were delicious, kitchen was so easy to cook in, we could not have been more pleased. We have family visiting from France and it was the perfect place to get used to the time change and relax a bit.

Visit to Monterey Area

Overall our stay was nice. The place was clean inside. The resort overall though is a bit older. The steps leading to the units could probably be replaced. Well stocked with beach chairs and sand toys. There is no place to eat nearby so you have to drive for meals. We left a day early because of the weather. We weren’t aware of the summer fog situation in the area. The beach was fogged over almost the whole time we were there. It was clearer in Monterey so we enjoyed the beach there. We booked this place for beach days and oceans views but the weather had other plans. Apparently this is common this time of year. Drive to Monterey was about 40 minutes.

Beach stay

The condo is amazing. It is stocked with everything you need plus some. The beach view is gorgeous and just a few steps away. We had so much fun on the beach even though it was so cold to us, 62 degrees was the high. This was my first time to a Cali beach. I live on the east coast. The instructions to get there and to get in the condo were exact and easy to understand. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful Views!

We loved our stay here! The property was exactly as described/pictured with stunning views. We especially loved seeing Sea Lions and Sea Otters right off the beach! The communication with Sandi was excellent and she was so accommodating. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend!
