We have stayed here before. Both times we found the property and host to be delightful. The only reason I marked down the price/affordability this time is that only my wife and I were there. If we had the other one or two guests we originally thought would join us (at same overall price) it would have been very affordable.

Very clean, well taken care of home in a beautiful location! Host was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. The best part was being able to watch the 4th of July fireworks right from the patio! I would highly recommend this property!

Very nice, modern decor, and super clean. Easy in and out, and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. About two minutes from a Tesla supercharger location.

This property was amazing. Clean, comfortable, private and well furnished. The host was amazing and easy to reach. We had Easy access to downtown and easy access to the national park. The Grand Canyon Train station was very close. All in all, we loved the property

The house was wonderful! It was clean and new feeling - a great space for four adults to stay for a quick trip out of the heat. The kitchen is well stocked, the rooms were spacious, lots of clean towels, and there are plenty of movies and Direct TV for entertainment. We loved grilling outside and dining on the veranda. Communication with Mary was easy. Booking was quick - my only surprise was the required property damage protection plan. I hadn’t experienced anything like that in a VRBO booking previously. Ultimately, it’s a nice house that we would stay in again. Thanks Mary!

Grand Canyon train trip

Great little place to stay with our friends. Updated kitchen and bath, very roomy living area and a great outdoor patio for after dinner drinks.

Cozy & great location

This home is small and cozy, in a great location perfect for our elk hunt vacation! The property owner was very quick in responding and polite. Will love to stay again!

The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and we cooked a lot. The location was great, especially since I drive an EV and there was an Electrify America hypercharger 0.2 miles away (5 minute walk). Safeway market and several restaurants also were within walking distance or a 4 minute drife

Christmas stay

Our family spent Christmas at this property and it had everything we needed. It’s on a quiet street and lots of things to do around and in the town. We were very comfortable there and would definitely come back.

Wonderful hosts!

This was the perfect place for our family of four: within minutes of attractions in Williams and an easy drive to GCNP. The hosts extra touches did not go unnoticed: a bowl of candy and coffee/hot chocolate pods, all of which the entire family enjoyed. Overall, wo derful stay!

Train to Grand Canyon

Fun location. Easy to all things, food & train. The house is super comfortable and stocked for every need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay in Williams, AZ

My sister-in-law and I enjoyed our stay at your house in Williams, AZ. We drove from there to the Grand Canyon and several other sites in the area. We also enjoyed eating and looking around in Williams at the end of our sight-seeing days.
