BBZ Bunkhouse - Cozy and Close to Town; Yet Secluded In The Great Outdoors!

Welcome to the town of Williams, Arizona! Kick back and relax at this cozy, quaint, quirky, and quiet old ranch house. Williams is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon, which is located approximately 60 miles away. The town is full of restaurants, shopping, fresh air and friendly people! What a PERFECT place to spend your vacation! There is something very magical here during the Christmas Season!

The Bunkhouse is close to town, yet far enough out to enjoy the outdoors. The views are spectacular! There is a porch with a view...you can see the beautiful Bill William Mountain. There is plenty of room in the backyard for children and/or pets to play. The house is warm and inviting. Enjoy visiting Bearizona, The Deerfarm, The Grand Canyon, The Polar Express and don't forget the shopping!!! It's a lot of fun to play in the snow here. There are plenty of places to go sledding and lots of snowball fights can take place right here in the backyard! The summers can be nice and cool. Come and explore the area and see all that Williams has to offer!

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay here! Very cozy, and close to lots of fun things to do in downtown Williams. Less than 10 minute drive to great parks, restaurants, local museums. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the yard area with us. The fire pit was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. That made it easy to cook meals. Thank you so much!

Short stay to do the Polar Express & Bearizona

We had a great time with our 1-night short stay. The house was perfect for what we needed. The kids (4 & &) enjoyed the games and toys. The place was perfectly cozy and a great location.

Family getaway

This property was cute, cozy and worked great for our family getaway. Great location to several attractions as well as Route 66. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us to Williams.

Great place!

Amazing place! The kids had a blast with all the toys they provided. There wasn’t a lock on the bathroom door which was the only weird part, but otherwise it was great. We will be back :)

Great get away.

Amazing place to stay. Close enough but far enough from those visiting Williams. Very nice place to stay. They had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in process was easy.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at the bunkhouse. The kids loved the bunkbeds and the toys and games. It was a short drive into town where we could access all of the activities and dining. We were interested in. Great little getaway to visit the Polar Express and Bearizona for the first time!

Grand Canyon adventure

My daughter and I visited the Grand Canyon for the first time. BBZ Bunkhouse was perfect for us. Great property…very clean and great location, just outside of downtown Williams. We day tripped to the canyon, came back and chilled or went in to town. The host Candi was outstanding. Our expectations were exceeded!

Nice home!

Very cozy and clean house. I wanted more coolness in the hall and bedroom between the rooms. Not enough silence (the train was honking very loudly). But for a short break after a day in the open air, this is a great option. The beds are all comfortable and we slept great!

This was the perfect property for our month-long visit to Williams. My husband and I enjoyed the cozy accommodations for most of July, but our two sons brought their kid up for a few days and the house was still ideal for grilling, s’mores by the fire pit and games around the table. We were also able to bring our dog at no extra charge. There were many family friendly restaurants in town, and we also enjoyed Bearizona, the deer farm and Canyon Coaster. We even took in a rodeo, which was a new experience for the grandkids. We are hoping to rent the house for the month of July next year, as it was a delightful break from the Phoenix heat.

Great family trip

Enjoyed this adorable property with my sister and three kiddos. Loved having a slew of games to play and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Woke up enjoying coffee on the front porch.

Cute & Cozy

This was our first stay at a Vrbo rental, 1st trip to Williams, AZ and first trip to Grand Canyon. The hosts were wonderful with their communication with all of our questions. Their bunkhouse is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need. Williams is a fun little town with a lot to offer. It’s on Route 66 so fun quaint shops. The weather is cool in the evening so you can sleep with the windows open. I would highly recommend staying at the BBs bunkhouse. Super comfortable & great hosts!

Great location and super cute!

R and R in Williams

We live in the Phoenix area and the Bunkhouse has become our go-to place for a quick respite in the countryside. Immaculately clean, and perfectly situated on the outskirts of town, it provides all the amenities we need. We will return whenever we head for the hills of northern AZ.

Nice cozy place to stay

My kids and I stayed here with my brother-in-law for 4 nights. It was near a nice town. We could easily get to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. It was a safe house, very warm and dry. They had wood for us to make a fire and shovels for the snow. We all enjoyed the games, movies and books on the snowy days. The wifi was not very good, but we knew this might be so. The windows were well covered and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't expect to have the second room be open on two sides, more like a den area. And it had the only bathroom attached to it. So there was not much privacy for the people sleeping and changing in that room space. The door to the bathroom was on a track attached to the ceiling, it was difficult to open and close. This home would be better suited to one family that is comfortable sharing a cozy space. Sharing it with my teens and their uncle made for a creative challenge.

Perfect for the family

This house has all the amenities you need to stay with kids the location is perfect close to everything if your looking to explore the town or you can stay and enjoy the view from the front porch while the kids play.

Great getaway in our favorite little town!

Great little bunkhouse for our long weekend! The owners keep a tidy place with all the info you need on the area to enjoy your time. The backyard was doggie-approved and neighbor dogs came by for a visit as well. We look forward to staying again!!

Close to town but out far enough that you really feel like you are in the forest. Ponderosa Pines and Wildlife are everywhere. Deer roam free all over. Very calming and peaceful. Lots of fun for the entire family! 4 Seasons.
