BBZ Bunkhouse - Cozy and Close to Town; Yet Secluded In The Great Outdoors!

Welcome to the town of Williams, Arizona! Kick back and relax at this cozy, quaint, quirky, and quiet old ranch house. Williams is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon, which is located approximately 60 miles away. The town is full of restaurants, shopping, fresh air and friendly people! What a PERFECT place to spend your vacation! There is something very magical here during the Christmas Season!

The Bunkhouse is close to town, yet far enough out to enjoy the outdoors. The views are spectacular! There is a porch with a view...you can see the beautiful Bill William Mountain. There is plenty of room in the backyard for children and/or pets to play. The BBQ grill is a charcoal gei and you must bring tour oqn charcoal. The house is warm and inviting. Enjoy visiting Bearizona, The Deerfarm, The Grand Canyon, The Polar Express and don't forget the shopping!!! It's a lot of fun to play in the snow here. There are plenty of places to go sledding and lots of snowball fights can take place right here in the backyard! The summers can be nice and cool. Come and explore the area and see all that Williams has to offer!

This was a great property. My dogs had plenty of roomTo move around freely in the backyard. And some cool Bruno’s dogs to visit with. We were close enough to various activities. We ventured out to Kaibab lake, Bearizona, Santa Fe damn, and lots of walking around old Williams. The house was very comfortable for all three of us. We definitely would stay here again.

Would definitely recommend this cute cottage just outside of town! It offered all amenities; i.e. clean beds, towels, pots, pans, coffee pot and appliances. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood (yes, distant train horns could be heard tho), and the beautiful front porch. Spent most of our time on the porch, riding bikes, and going to town.The layout of the cottage was a bit weird, but workable for a couple or family. Had to go thru open bedroom to get to bathroom, dining and kitchen. Didn't impact us as we were just a couple with our two cats. Our cats loved all the windows they could look out, so they enjoyed their stay too!Viewing the fireworks from this cottage was SPECTACULAR! Parade in town was fabulous and then by hurrying back to the cottage, we had front row seats, as they shot them off about 1/8 mile down the road.Hosts were very quick to respond to questions before, during and after our stay. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the bunkhouse! The yard was perfect for our little dog to run and play. It's close enough to town for convenience, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our time here.

First time ever using VRBO and visiting Williams. Everything was perfect. It was a last minute trip. Candi made the booking process super eazy and replied to questions I had. My family and I love their place. Definitely a cozy place to stay. Woke up to cold temperatures outside, but kept super warm inside. Kids played board games that were provided while adults watched the tube. Will definitely stay again next time we visit.

Close to town but out far enough that you really feel like you are in the forest. Ponderosa Pines and Wildlife are everywhere. Deer roam free all over. Very calming and peaceful. Lots of fun for the entire family! 4 Seasons.
