This is a great place to stay! Close to Williams Route 66 and the Grand Canyon. My family enjoyed the mini golf, hot tub, and fire pit in the backyard, as well as the arcade room inside the house. Frank was easy to contact and check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend checking out this place.

It felt like home away from home. Clean room. Plenty of essentials and great location with beautiful views. Enjoyed the hot tub and cozy fireplace. Never had an issue with communication with the host.

Our stay in Williams, AZ was truly amazing. The home was very comfortable and Frank went over and above to make sure our stay was everything promised. This home is located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. It's a great place to walk and enjoy the beautiful surrounding scenery. It's also very close to historic downtown Williams where there is so much to see and do.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very friendly and communicated quickly throughout the entire process. The home was lovely, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was clean and well-stocked, making for a relaxing visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Williams!

Very nice stay, no notes. The property was well stocked, the hot tub worked flawlessly and the check in and checkout were both very straightforward. Would stay again.

The whole booking, check-in, and check-out process was flawless. Never had to ask a question. Communication was on-point and very detailed. The little welcome gift was a nice personal touch. The house was inviting and very well stocked. Very clean with a fresh modern feel throughout. The game room was fun and the hot tub was a perfect and relaxing way to end a long day. Very private as well. Would book again.

We had an excellent experience and stay at this property! It was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel like home. The kitchen is very well stocked as well as the bathrooms. After exploring the area, this house was just plain fun to return to. We utilized the hot tub, mini-golf and had a few competitive games of Battleship in the game room:) Frank was wonderful with communication and quick to respond with any of our needs, which were very few. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for a weekend up north. It was very clean and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of golf.

Great amenities and property. Well maintained with a nice location close to town in a quiet subdivision. The game room and Hot Tub are great! Both brand new and great to keep guests and kids occupied.

This was the MOST stocked vacation home we’ve been in! Our stay was a week for vacation involving the Grand Canyon and surrounding sights. We were pleasantly surprised that the house is bigger than it looks and was so comfortably arranged.We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, fire pit, and bbq several times. Communication with the host was excellent and informative! If a friend were contemplating going to Williams, Az. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!!

We can’t say enough about Frank! Kind, extremely helpful, and went out of the way to make our stay great!House was great and was well stocked. The hot tub didn’t disappoint. My kids loved the game room and the mini golf course in the backyard. There is even a great playground a few blocks away.This location is quiet. Williams is the perfect town for staging out of for excursions.We plan on coming back!
