NEWLY remodeled home with a fully fenced landscaped back yard. There is a large covered patio that over looks the grassy area perfect to let the kids or pets play and is the regulated distance for corn hole! Whether your family is looking to get competitive or relax and not worry about a thing this home has it all from the 4 person hot tub to the multiple fire pits. Our home is extremely clean and well kept. The Williams house is walking distance to the rodeo grounds, walking distance to downtown and route 66, walking distance to the polar express, walking distance to the best bars and restaurants that Williams has to offer. Oh but that is not all, we are close to our beautiful lakes to swim or fish, there are great trails, we are close to the new amusement park, not far from BEARIZONA, we are 45 minutes to the GRAND CANYON, and only 45 minutes to the base of the SAN FRANCISCO PEAKS (SKIING+SNOWBOARDING+SCENIC CHAIR LIFT) We would love a chance to share our home with you! Perfect Getaway Location

I loved the home and its location and decor. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have had and we stay in several homes throughout the year. The kitchen was great for cooking and communal meal.

Grand Canyon Stay

We have enjoyed our stay here! The home was so welcoming. It was easy to cook meals in the kitchen and we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and countless cornhole games in the big backyard. The location is super close to town and the neighborhood is quiet. Our hosts quickly answered all our questions.

Perfection

This property was exactly what the doctor ordered! Clean, cozy, a hot Jacuzzi, and lots of charm. They didn’t forget anything and our weekend away was perfect.

Grand Canyon Trip

Outstanding property. The firepits and hot tub were a great touch after a day at the Grand Canyon. The down town area is very close and had great dining and shopping options.

Perfect for our family!

This house was just as describe and perfect for our family. Great location. We were able to visit the Polar Express Train, Bearizona, and the Grand Canyon. Having this clean and comfy house to come home to was perfect. If we visit Willams, AZ again, we will definitely stay here!

Perfect! Exactly as advertised

Perfect location. Fenced backyard was perfect for our two small dogs. Very comfortable nicely decorated home. All the cooking utensils you could need. We will definitely be back. Owner/property manager very responsive and friendly.

Great little house, very clean

House and yard were great!. May want to supply more plastic plates and cups etc... for kids to use. I had plenty of unopened food left over, but did not want to get charged for not cleaning up. May want to offer possibility to leave items for other guest use others use

Clean, convenient and cozy

Williams ended up being the perfect spot to stay to do activities in both GC and Sedona area from one place. This home fit our family, was clean and comfy, and convenient to restaurants in Williams. Loved the hot tub! Check out process was reasonable. We are used to having coffee and a few things provided for snacks or breakfast to grab ... but this was explained in the notebook upon arrival. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great rental close to town

Very cute and comfortable, well equipped rental. The backyard was perfect to hang out in and for our pups to enjoy as well. Good neighborhood, neighbors were friendly and the property owner was easy to get a hold of. Not sure we would walk to town from there, but it is certainly a quick jaunt in a vehicle.

Cozy home in the center of it all

We enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, the house is cute, and the backyard was fun and cozy. The hot tub was one of the best I’ve ever been in. Full back massage 😂 We were just a few blocks from the main downtown area.

Great house

We were there for a week. Main thing was we attended the Route 66 car show. In front of house is enough parking space for our 2 car trailers till we could move them into short term storage at the RV park. Great house.

Homebase for Grand Canyon Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your immaculate home. It was so comfortable and very convenient to downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet. Loved having the cornhole game to play in the large backyard! It was a great way to unwind after our day at the Grand Canyon. We would definitely stay here again. We were asked to tour this property to potentially list it about a year ago and we could not pass on the opportunity to buy this place. It is not very often in almost 10 years doing real estate that I walk in the door to a house and completely fall in love for myself! The location is so perfect - close to our favorite lakes, the rodeo grounds, the best local restaurants, bars, our favorite place to listen to some of our local singers, its not far from the new roller coaster, zoo and walking distance to the polar express!! Getting to share this home with all of you and also having a place to share with our out of state family has been a dream come true.

We look forward to providing guests with a turn key, we have everything you could need to walk through the front door, relax and start making memories with your friends and families. We want our home to a clean, safe, and fun place that you will want to come back for years to come!!

Aside from the location we put so much time and money into making sure our home could be a comfortable space for you and your family. We put so much pride into ownership and we hope it shows. We provide local insight and a ton of interior and exterior amenities. There is a BBQ if you feel like cooking at home with the family. We provide propane to the outdoor heater, the BBQ, and the sitting out door fire place. We provide wood to the wood fire pit in the back yard which is a ton of fun to sit around while your watching your family battle at a game of corn hole (provided). Enjoy your favorite music from our blue tooth speaker while you sit in the hot tub and look up into the stars! The Williams house is dog friendly because we know they are part of the family!
