The property had a great view of the ocean and of people coming and going; lots of activity. It was easy to come and go as we pleased, and the very short walk to the beach was a nice bonus, too. I loved the size of the property, the cleanliness, as well as the various amenities. Enjoying an adult beverage on the deck in the evening with the sound of the crashing waves was the icing on the cake for me. The kids loved the accessibility to the ocean and pool, as well as the varioud shops pn the main strip. My wife enjoyed the local dining and the size of the individual rooms. Communication was great, too, and were already discussing staying again next year. My wife's sister and family live in nearby Summersville, and we would love for them to stay with us as well. Family vacation

This was a quick stop on our family vacation but well worth it! Total of 5 adults. Easy walk to the beach, which had beach service for chairs and umbrellas. We were restaurants and shops get steps away from this condo. I will be coming back to this unit on our next trip to Folly Beach.

Great long weekend

We traveled to Folly beach for a wedding . There were 6 of us so having three bathrooms was excellent. Great location, totally walkable to everything . Would stay here again, and would highly recommend this location.

Awesome location!

Great spot in Folly to stay with friends and family. Walk to everything and the ocean views are gorgeous!

Worth every penny. A must rent.

Access to beach, many excellent nearby restaurants. Init was clean and well appointed. Can’t go wrong with this place!

We had a great time at our Pavilion Watch condo by the ocean!

Our Vacasa property was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean! We loved Folly Beach too!

Great location, good view

We love Pavilion Watch because once you park your car, you can easily walk to the pier, many restaurants, and, of course, the beach. The condo was clean and comfy.

Ok stay with hiccups

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV's are not user friendly for people who are not technology savvy. The pool was closed the entire stay and the reason I booked the property was for the pool access for my Autistic son.

Perfect Location

We loved the location and ease of walking the downtown folly beach restaurants, shops and pier. The view was great for being one street off the beachfront. Only critique would be the bath cabinets were peeling and carpet needs replaced. Did not stop us from really enjoying our family get together!

Great location right across from Beach

The location was surrounded by many bars restaurants and shops for tourists. Only a short 25 minutes drive to charleston. A condo was in great condition everyone had their own space as well as their own bathroom. Love the living room and absolutely loved the balcony which provided a great view of the ocean. Would stay there again and would highly recommend. Parking was easy and we had a space for our car with no problem.

Pavilion Watch 3I review

Overall this was a great stay and the facility was nice. Only issues I had were the parking spaces for this unit are not correctly labeled and the broiler area of the oven was not very clean at all.

Perfect location

When in Folly it is location location location. This is only steps from Center Street and has a view of the ocean. The condo is a great size and was very clean. My only recommendation is with the check in...with the unit having a code to get in the extra stop to pick the code could have been eliminated . Minor.

Perfect location, clean & spacious. Only suggestion, A few beach chairs or supplies would be nice if kept in the unit. We left 2 Beach chairs for the next renters . Maybe a few Beach towels. Ac wasn't working but they had a tech out immediately and had portable units ready to go. Ty

Needs some love

We love this location for its convenience but this condo is worn and tired. Cabinets are in horrible shape throughout, furniture is sagging, old and not comfortable. Blinds are broken so it’s difficult to even open and enjoy a view. Condo has a LOT of potential but needs some serious refurbishment.

Only one issue

Let me start with the Condo, amenities, furniture and the view was all great. Upon arrival the ac unit was not working there was a floor ac unit that had been put in by maintenance the week prior but did not cool the condo. It took 2 days of calling the office as they acted like they had no clue of the issue. Finally the maintenance person can and said the unit had went out a week prior and the hvac company had parts on order. We asked to be moved as it was 86 degrees in the condo. 2 days later the maintenance person came with another floor unit and fans after we daily called the office. We did get some money back for our trouble but wish the unit worked or they would have moved us prior to arrival since they knew the ac was not working then this would have been a 5 star review.

Good location, but!

We really enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach! It's the best! Location was perfect! Some things we thought you should know. Lighting in living room was awful. Needed higher watt light bulbs. Dark above the table and if you wanted to read. Rug needed cleaned. Was stained. Put our blanket on floor for our granddaughter to play on. Light and fan in master bedroom did not work right. You could not just do the fan or just the light, they both came on. Good thing we had brought our own fan from home for sleeping. No salt and pepper or condiments. No shampoo. No extra toilet paper in master bath. We were there for a week and they only supplied one garbage bag for the kitchen garbage. Really? Good thing we had brought extra from home. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty silverware. Outside balcony, the roof was missing panels and some were laying on the deck.

Pavillion Watch 3I

Parking space not located under building, had to text to find out where it was located and instead of answering the question I got a "rude" text telling me that I could not park in it until it was check in time--wasn't asking that was just trying to get our ducks in a row for check in time, finally was able to find out that the parking space for that unit was located at the other end of building 2, not a big deal just could have made that a note in the check in paper work to save guest time. Remote for guest room TV was not in the room and was not located until almost check out time when we were doing our final walk through--rule listed in the "Rule" book that nothing was to be moved from room to room even bath towels were to be left in the floor for "inventory" or there would be a charge. So many rules and notes posted all over the unit that it felt like a jail, literally was afraid we were going to put the butter knife in the wrong drawer and be charged. Location was very nice, beds were comfortable, unit was clean inside but the outside door was disgusting, bath cabinets were falling apart and several of the outlets did not work and some were coming out of the wall.
