Great location, within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants on folly beach. The condo is the perfect size for a couples vacation. The beach itself is extremely clean, highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy one-bedroom beachfront condo on Folly Beach! You really can’t beat the location...it’s directly on the beach with amazing views and easy access to the sand and ocean right outside your door.The condo was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, and we loved being able to walk to some of the best restaurants and shops on the island. Having the island’s only grocery store within easy walking distance was also incredibly convenient.If you’re looking for a comfortable, laid-back place with an unbeatable beachfront location and everything you need close by, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Lisa is a great host! Very quick to respond.The accomodations were perfect. It was spotless, well kept, and comfortable. I spent a lot of time on the porch admiring the spectacular view. I will look to stay here again on my next trip!

I was looking to book a quick 2-3 day ocean front stay in Charleston SC for my wife and I to get away.. This little condo was one of the first to show up on VRBO and I booked it. It was a really nice stay for the money and beach front. The host was very helpful and quick to respond . I wasn’t sure about Folly Beach but it ended up being a pleasant surprise.

The host was very accommodating. I would have preferred the hairdryer be furnished, but the amenities were excellent. Also, great location close to beach, pier, and Center St. Very comfortable and clean.

A Great Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! We brought our dog, Tucker to the beach and loved that we were within walking distance to local restaurants and bars.

Our second time to stay at these condos and they are perfect. Super close to the beach, clean, secure and the location to Center Street and Bert's is fantastic! We'll definitely be back!

Great trip to Folly Beach

We had a wonderful time here - the location couldn’t be better - fun days at the beach and lovely quiet evenings on the semi-private deck. It’s also very close and convenient to all of the amenities of Folly Beach and a quick trip into Charleston.

Great stay!

Great stay at this property! It was clean and communication with the property manager was efficient. The condo is in a great location, right off the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Will definitely be back again next year!

Perfect location right on the beach and walking distance to downtown and Bert’s grocer. The place was clean and comfortable and the views excellent! Condo exceeded our expectations!

Little getaway

The Perfect Spot!

Our stay was WONDERFUL. The condo was super clean and right on the beach! The host was super quick to respond to my questions. This was the perfect spot for my husband and I. We will absolutely be back!

Always a fantastic experience staying on Folly Beach. Excellent proximity to local restaurants and only steps to the beach. The house was spotless & cozy with plenty of amenities and fully stocked for any occasion.

Great dog friendly Folly getaway

We had a great time staying in this little condo. It had everything we needed, it's in an amazing location, AND it's dog friendly. We were able to walk to the market and to various restaurants that would allow our pup on the property. Other than the slightly chilly weather, it was a great getaway!
