This beautiful two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.
North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and large combined living and dining area.
The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.
North Breakers 405 offers a good ocean view, and has has many upgrades throughout. In addition, North Breakers 405 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.
To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Perfect accommodations for our family of 6! We loved the pool and being able to walk right down to the beach! Close to restaurants and shopping too!

Great location for both beach and bike riding, good beach view from balcony, quiet during the week, clean pool, plenty of lounge chairs, AC worked great, condo clean overall. I would stay here again.

Very relaxing and not touristy
Very relaxing stay. The area was beautiful. Long walk to the beach but it was worth the walk. Also got to see dolphins very close to the beach.

Great Place!
Clean, cozy place convenient to everything! Our family, one child and three adults, were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The view on the balcony was nice with a breeze. The pool was close by and easy accessibility to and from the beach with the private boardwalk. We didn’t find many shells but the beach was breathtaking! Great family vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Quick but wonderful stay
Our family came for a quick weekend! The check in process was quick and easy, we entered our condo and it was just as described. We had everything we needed! Beds were ver comfortable and the condo was roomy! We can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous girls weekend!
Getting away with a best friend after all 2020 offered was perfect! Place was so clean and comfortable! Great location right on the beach! Super clean beach! Will come back for sure

Beautiful location. There were issues with the refrigerator, AC, and dryer. Otherwise, it is a very nice condo.

Great Spot for Family Vaca
We were very pleased with our rental. The accommodations were neat and clean and very livable. There was a great pool and good beach, even the hike to the beach was a little far. The complex was quite and the landscape was quite pretty. It was easy to get into town and tourist attractions. I would recommend staying here.

Birthday getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great. It fit all our needs. It was cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. We would love to come back. Best birthday ever.

Great Fall Break
It was as described. Updated and clean.
Nice pool and grill area.
We enjoyed our stay.
It’s a bit of hike to beach but we’ve enjoyed St. Simon’s island

Family Gathering after Covid!
Our family had a great time getting together after months spent apart due to Covid. The condo was conveniently located to the beach. It was clean and well stocked. We'll be back!
