Construction Notice - September 2026 through December 2026
The Beach Club will be under construction with the replacement of the lower slope roof. Some areas may be temporarily inaccessible, and guests should expect periods of construction noise and activity. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption while maintaining a safe environment for guests, residents, staff, and contractors.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours.

Situated on the third floor, Beach Club 337 features travertine flooring and thoughtful comforts throughout. The private porch is a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the soothing atmosphere of the Atlantic nearby.

The expansive primary suite offers a king bed, cozy sitting area, and spa inspired en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and generous walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is equally inviting, with two twin beds and access to an adjacent full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Flat screen TVs with cable are provided in the living room and both bedrooms.

The Beach Club offers a gated community setting with secured garage parking, an expansive oceanfront pool, a dedicated children's pool, dual hot tubs, private beach access, tennis courts, and elevators for effortless access. Guests also enjoy access to a business center, fitness center, and a reservable community party room.
