Step back in time to an era that was simple and fun. This comfortable bungalow has been completely remodeled and is reminiscent of perfect style composing of quartz kitchen tops, dual deep sinks, stainless steel refrigerator and stove, woodblock cutting board, hardwood floors, pull-down blinds, ductless heating and air conditioning. Sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bath. Located near downtown restaurants, shops, and a short drive to the beach. No Laundry room. NO PETS

Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable, but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.

...just as I remembered! This is my 10th stay at the Cottage. All the important things were clean, but there were some surprises found, nothing as a deal breaker, though.

We have stayed at this rental prior and just like last time it was perfect. We did have a small issue upon arrival but the host was quick to respond. We love the location as it is so convenient and look forward to our next trip to Brookings!

It was sunny and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location for visiting Jedediah Smith park and Harris beach. Great tide pools close by at Chetco as well.

We stayed at the captivating sunlight cottage during the 4th of July weekend and were very happy! It was a wonderful, quaint, cozy home in downtown Brookings. Several food options and local shopping was within close walking distance.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants and our favorite Compass Coffee. 5-10 minutes from Chetco Point, Mills Beach, McVay Beach and visitor center. Fresh fish at Lola’s by the Harbor. Thank you for the great amenities!
