Oceanfront Balcony Suite with On Site Front Desk and Daily Housekeeping

This condo has all that you need to enjoy a relaxing Florida beach vacation. Central views of the ocean from the top floor of Beacher's Lodge can be enjoyed from the living room or step onto the private oceanfront balcony. If you want to sleep oceanfront, the sofa is a queen sleeper and the large flat screen tv, custom ceiling lighting and ceiling fan will keep your seaside stay easy and breezy. The fully equipped kitchen has a flat top stove with oven, microwave, Keurig, toaster, refrigerator and is well stocked with dishes. The bathroom has a tub with shower. Retreat to the private bedroom with comfortable queen bed, large Roku TV, custom ceiling lighting and ceiling fan. This condo is unique, but you will certainly find that there is extra special Florida charm throughout. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
Daily housekeeping service included in nightly rate (no additional charge) for nightly or weekly stays, once a week housekeeping included in monthly stays. Oceanfront building is served by two elevators, one at the north end and one at the south end.

Great away

Condo was great size for a couple wanting to come to the beach for a vacation. Room was clean the only thing I would change is curtains on the bedroom window.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect like our last stay! Location is great and the room was beautiful and cozy. However, I did notice that the cleaning lady did not clean the inside of the bathroom sink that well. Other than that, everything was amazing. We did have an issue with WiFi on our second day of staying and also trying to get back into our room. We had to call many many times until someone had answered the phone but luckily they gave us an emergency code to get into our room and we eventually got hooked up to the WiFi. I do recommend staying here. Everyone is friendly and helpful

Great location and beautiful property!

My mom and I decided (on a whim) to visit the beach this past week. We arrived and had a seamless check-in process before proceeded to our unit. Upon entering we were greeted by lovely decor and a unit stocked with everything we may need while in town. As we leave today, we are already looking to plan our next visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, clean condo - it is snake than it appears in the pictures though. My husband and I are both "heavy" travelers and had a hard time getting everything in there without feeling cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable (loved the silky sheets!). We did notice a couple things that we passed on to management about the rug (a bit of a tripping hazard) and the anchor wall hanging (we both thought it was a hook to hang a towel on and it fell down and nicked my husband's hand), but they were very friendly and made notes for the owner. We also had a couple issues when we got in regarding the air conditioner turning off by itself and the cable (was not installed yet), but maintenance was also very friendly and came up quickly to help us. Also be aware that though this is a beautiful location with a great private stretch of beach, it is about 15 minutes from St. Augustine proper, but it was a very nice drive and got to see a lot more than in our previous visits to St. Augustine.

Best part of the condo was the balcony and the view. Condo extremely small and cramped, no spices or coffee filters not even salt and pepper. No batteries in the remotes for the overhead fans and lights and dirt and dust shot out of the air conditioner in the living room. Owner of the condo not pleasant to deal with.

Getting clean towels once a week not good as most people do not travel with a supply of towels for a week. Otherwise we were satisfied and intend to return in 2020.

A nice quiet place to spend time near St Augustine. The studio room was comfortable. All of them face the ocean. The property is well maintained. There is some construction/renovation going on so it will be even better soon I guess. The rooms have well stocked kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Great view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. You can just get down and walk across a small pier to the beach which is nice and clean miles up and down. You can watch sunrise from the room. There is laundry on the site. The prices are very affordable. We didn't bring our dog but he would have liked it. Pets are allowed which is another plus point.

Great views, noisy neighbor

Great condo. Great views. Was quite disappointed that the neighbor below us played his music loud past midnight and smoked marjuana both nights we were there. We were unable to enjoy the balcony views after dark because of his disregard for others.

The only issue we had were tiny little ants that found our trash can on the last day. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again. Love the area. Lots to do if you get tired of the beach, but who gets tired of the beach? Great places to eat nearby. Best part was our little dog went with us. Beaches are dog friendly.

This was the perfect location especially if u have a dog. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were addressed very quickly, we will definitely be back .

Loved it.

The room was very nice and clean, right on the beach just like we wanted! Private boardwalk access & pool as well. Loved our stay will definitely be going back.

Also the water in the shower wouldn't get hot enough it was luke warm. Overall good stay but disappointed with the room.
