Oceanfront Balcony Suite with On Site Front Desk and Daily Housekeeping

This condo has all that you need to enjoy a relaxing Florida beach vacation. Central views of the ocean from the top floor of Beacher's Lodge can be enjoyed from the living room or step onto the private oceanfront balcony. If you want to sleep oceanfront, the sofa is a queen sleeper and the large flat screen tv, custom ceiling lighting and ceiling fan will keep your seaside stay easy and breezy. The fully equipped kitchen has a flat top stove with oven, microwave, Keurig, toaster, refrigerator and is well stocked with dishes. The bathroom has a tub with shower. Retreat to the private bedroom with comfortable queen bed, large Roku TV, custom ceiling lighting and ceiling fan. This condo is unique, but you will certainly find that there is extra special Florida charm throughout. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
Daily housekeeping service included in nightly rate (no additional charge) for nightly or weekly stays, once a week housekeeping included in monthly stays. Oceanfront building is served by two elevators, one at the north end and one at the south end.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in and check out process was very smooth and staff was friendly and very helpful. Best part of the condo was the balcony and the view. Condo extremely small and cramped, no spices or coffee filters not even salt and pepper. No batteries in the remotes for the overhead fans and lights and dirt and dust shot out of the air conditioner in the living room. Owner of the condo not pleasant to deal with.

A nice quiet place to spend time near St Augustine. The studio room was comfortable. All of them face the ocean. The property is well maintained. There is some construction/renovation going on so it will be even better soon I guess. The rooms have well stocked kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Great view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. You can just get down and walk across a small pier to the beach which is nice and clean miles up and down. You can watch sunrise from the room. There is laundry on the site. The prices are very affordable. We didn't bring our dog but he would have liked it. Pets are allowed which is another plus point.

Great spot nestled between large beach homes, affording a quiet beach getaway with all the amenities and conveniences nearby… and only minutes from historic and beautiful St. Augustine.

Great views, noisy neighbor

Great condo. Great views. Was quite disappointed that the neighbor below us played his music loud past midnight and smoked marjuana both nights we were there. We were unable to enjoy the balcony views after dark because of his disregard for others.

The only issue we had were tiny little ants that found our trash can on the last day. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again. Love the area. Lots to do if you get tired of the beach, but who gets tired of the beach? Great places to eat nearby. Best part was our little dog went with us. Beaches are dog friendly.

This was the perfect location especially if u have a dog. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were addressed very quickly, we will definitely be back .

Reviewer Comments: Leftover food (fish dinner) cold & old was left in the refrigerator.Living room air conditioner rattles.I turned the water valve off to stop toilet from running (back on to flush).Bugs (very small white ants) in kitchen. They got in my food/ snack bags before I noticed them.

Loved it.

The room was very nice and clean, right on the beach just like we wanted! Private boardwalk access & pool as well. Loved our stay will definitely be going back.

The unit 415 was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. Very convenient parking and ramp to the elevator. Perfect view and the balcony is open enough for the view but private and enclosed enough to sit out even during a hard rain. AC worked perfectly and the ceiling fans added to the comfort. Easy access to the beach and a big beautiful pool along the way. Very nice touch to have the two outdoor showers to rinse off from the beach. We will be back.

The ad stated that everything we would need to enjoy our stay would be there but surprisingly there were no beach chairs. We had to rent them☹

Peaceful and relaxing

I booked this condo last minute in hopes of a short escape from reality. Between the general craziness of this past year, my job as an ER nurse, and my father's recent cancer diagnosis, I needed a few days of serenity to re-center and recharge. This condo gave me exactly what I needed! I booked the night before I was to check in. The booking process was easy and I had great communication from the owner. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. As soon as I opened the door to the condo, I knew I had picked the perfect location! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was beachy without the "loudness" of some beach decorations. The bed and couch were both very comfortable and I loved that there were tv's in both rooms. There was also a dehumidifier in the living room which helped a lot to prevent the dampness often felt in condos on the beach. The view from the 4th floor balcony was amazing! The condo did have a one beach chair, which was perfect for me, but if you have more than one person, you might want to bring a few more. I did not bring any pets, but I noticed that the condominium complex and beach in general were both very pet friendly. There were several dogs on the property, but I never heard any barking. The wooden walkway across the dunes to the beach was picture perfect. The beach was not crowded eventhough it was spring break season. There were also several good restaurants close by and a yummy ice cream shop across the street. My few suggestions would be to put an instruction card by the dehumidifier and to add some type of non-skid strips in the bathtub. There is a grab bar in the shower, but the floor of the tub is very slick. I cannot express how happy I was with this condo and surrounding beach area. It gave me exactly what I needed to relax, re-center, and prepare to jump back into the real world. I can't count the number of times I said, "I found the perfect beach" over the past 3 days. I will definitely return to this condo!
