We enjoyed our stay overall as much as we could, as the circumstances for travel weren't the best. The hosts responded quickly and reasonably to any issues which were pretty minor. The one thing I'd suggest is blackout shades in the unit, as that would resolve issues with the motion lights. Overall, it was a nice stay.

My wife and I walked into a clean room and cold AC was on!! David was very communicative and helpful along the trip! We took the short 4 minute walk to the beach daily where we watched sunrises and surfers! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Perfect spot for a mini-vacation. We loved the location, it's literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The big screened in porch with the hot tub was a great place to unwind with some wine as the day turned to evening. It was spotless & had everything we needed. Thank you!

The host was great from beginning to end. Very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had ( which were few). The studio was excellent. Clean and it was true to description. The short walk to the beach was perfect and lots of local dining.

We never met the host. The best part of this Vrbo is that it is close to the beach, a very nice one. Also, the hot tub was nice to come back to after being out for the day. It is a very simple and cozy apartment. We will definitely rent again if we go back to St. Augustine.
