This beachfront vacation rental centrally located and provides stunning Emerald Coast views. This coastal villa features an attractive living room, expansive private deck, upscale dining area, and spacious primary bedroom. You can enjoy an array of amenities including multiple shared pools (one heated seasonally), community hot tub, sundeck, easy beach access, Kids Club, and gym.

Panama City Beach is just the place for your next beach vacation, as it has recently been rated the second-fastest-growing vacation destination in the world. Plus, Seychelles won the PCB Beautification Award! The property is within fifteen miles of several popular attractions including Signal Hill Golf Course, Stingray Fishing Charters, Shoppes at Edgewater and Just Jump Trampoline Park.

Things to Know
Reservations from March through October include beach service.
Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 7.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Cute, clean, cozy place on the beach.

This unit was a great place to stay. Furnishings were nice and comfortable, and the space was clean. They left nice Dove products to use in the bathroom. WiFi worked well, though if you use Verizon for cellular, you won't get much service. I had to stand in a certain spot just to make a call. Nice balcony with great view of the beach. The room came with complimentary beach lounge rentals which was awesome. Bed was comfy. If you have kids, it's got cute bunkbeds in the hallway that have their own lights and curtains. Overall a very enjoyable stay and at a great price.

Lovely Beach Condo

Beautiful View from balcony

The ice maker in frig worked - that was great. (Not so in all units, I understand.) Also, there was plenty of bathroom toiletries/towels and kitchen detergent. There is a 12-cup coffee maker but no filters were provided. So we bought some and left 99% there for the next guest. The kitchen is beautiful - loved the backsplash, counter and accent wall. But there is a lot of "stuff" in this condo. If we'd had more than two people it would have felt crowded. The bed was comfortable but it was not centered on the wall, which was strange. So it was hard to adjust the sheet on top right corner and it kept trying to come off. Did not have to wait long for an elevator at all. Enjoyed the complimentary chairs/umbrella each day but you do have to go down early to reserve one. The 7th floor is perfect - not so low you'd hear pool activity but not too high for those afraid of heights. The view was amazing and the water was perfect the whole time we were there.

Immaculate condo!

This condo is by the far the nicest place we have ever stayed. Beautiful upgrades, cute beachy decor, on the beach, and on the quieter and less busy end of Panama City.

Great beach vacation

Our stay at Seychelles was very nice. This is our 3rd time here and we love the fact that it is directly on the beach. The condo is decorated with a very beachy vibe and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals (except the dish detergent was very inexpensive). I was most impressed with the selection of nice cookware. The frig had the option of crushed ice in the door, which was great for drinks. Unfortunately the shower drains were VERY SLOW. The pools were clean and the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. It was also a nice perk to have a set of beach chairs provided for our use with this unit. The young men who managed the chairs were friendly and accommodating.

Unit 707 was amazing. Very nice one bedroom with bunk beds in the hall that were so comfortable. 2 nice bathrooms and furnishings were nice. Great unit to stay in. Everything was perfect.
