Gorgeous ocean view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and view with gorgeous sunsets. The condo was very clean and had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and bath towel. Each room has a ceiling fan and standup fans which we prefer so we can hear the ocean and not AC. We had a mid trip cleaning. So worth it. The gal that came to clean went above and beyond. Knutson and Associates are great to work with too. We have stayed here before and we will be back.

Great place to stay

This is our fourth time staying at these condos, love the view and the grounds are maintained nicely. Vrbo and Knutson & Assoc. were great to work with.

Such a relaxing wonderful time

The place was very clean, Hawaiian music on the tv when we walked in and the ocean views were perfect! Will definitely stay here again. Mahalo

As owners (and yearly visitors), we can totally relate to everything you said. It was really hard for us to return to the frozen mainland just prior to your arrival. Makes us feel better knowing you also loved staying in one of our favorite spots on earth and thank you for your wonderful feedback.

Anniversary vacation

The vacation rental was amazing. It was peaceful close to everything. The long term residents were so nice and helpful. I will definitely book here again.

Good communication. Unit is managed by a realty company. Easy check in and out. Quick maintenance of a minor plumbing issue.

Beautiful ocean front property

Beautiful place...if any draw back would be... it needs a BETTER BED...other then that it was great for us

Beware of renting from this company that host this rental because they do not accuratelydescribe condition of rental they hide the fact that it has no air conditioning at this property in this one little line so make sure you read the whole description on any of their properties they host because they will not work with you in any way also the pictures do not represent what the property actually looks like.

Wonderful rental in Kona!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jim and Penny's condo. The view was so fabulous and the surroundings so beautiful we hardly felt like leaving to explore the area. This will be our first choice to stay when we return to the island.

Hope to come back

We loved the location of the condo. It was easy to get anywhere on the island. Our favorite spot was the lanai, and enjoying the view and sound of the waves. The pool and bbq area were great and we used them often. Would definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again.

The view couldn't be better. The condo was very comfortable, well outfitted for our needs. No AC, but we knew that going in. Lots of fans helped. No elevator, that detail I missed when booking, made it a challenge for us 65, but once inside the view made the climb worth it!

Great location and view

The view from this condo can’t be beat. Loved watching the waves crash into the salt water pool. Location was perfect for exploring the island. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise.

All that we hoped for!

This condo was everything I look for - clean, ocean front lanai, nice location. It was everything we needed and we felt very comfortable here. Home away from home indeed. Thank you so much Mahalo The view from the lanai is wonderful and my favorite place to have a cup of coffee.

Fabulous view

The unit was comfortable and big, view was great along with pool. Only complaint it did not have an oven.

Quiet and perfect location

We could not have asked for a better view and location to the ocean!! Just a few steps to the water and shaded area in the sand with lounge chairs. The condo is most comfortable, well equipped with beach gear, and a fully furnished kitchen. Just a quick 5 minute to the village of Kona.

Ocean air does a person good

Loved the wonderful ocean views and breeze...made us glad to be on the deck after a full day’s activities. Property mgmt did a great job responding to a few items.

A lovely spot for a vacation

This is a very nice condo, right on the water. It was amazing to be able to hear the sound of the surf round the clock! Condo was well equipped and common areas were clean and well maintained. Good location in Kona on Ali'i drive. Excellent owner communication - very helpful and smooth. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
