The view from this condo was absolutely incredible. It was such a beautiful place to have coffee and enjoy dinner. They take amazing care of the condo area, the pool is always clean and the sand area is taken care of as well. Grills are clean. It was a super quiet condo and we slept great every night. The AC with all the fans on moved air really well at night and worked perfect for sleeping. Highly recommend this place for any sort of vacation but especially a honeymoon!

We really enjoyed this unit at the Kona Isle. The ocean view from the lanai is beautiful, but the grounds and landscaping are really nice too. The condo itself is not a new facility but it is still very comfortable, quiet and well kept up. It is an excellent value and the view and location really can’t be beaten.

This place was amazing, we stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The sunset views from the lanai are second to none, you can see in between the palm trees for an unobstructed view without having to go down along the shore. If you don't like the sound of waves (we do), this is not the place for you. You will hear them 24/7 from this unit, open the bedroom windows and you'll have a great listening experience of the waves while you sleep. It does have AC but we turned it off and never used it, we just kept the sliding door open and used the provided fans and kept the windows open in the bedroom for a really nice cross breeze through the whole unit, mornings were actually on the cooler side inside. There were a couple of reviews that said that the parking spaces are tight and not recommended for a full size Jeep, while true, if you know how to drive and park it will not be an issue, we had one and never had an issue. It is within walking distance of downtown Kona, but one thing we noticed is that it feels like you are walking uphill both ways! So if you do walk there be prepared for a little bit of a workout but we did it several times. We would definitely look into this unit again if our travels bring us back to the Big Island.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spotless the condo was when we arrived—super clean and well-kept! I was initially concerned that the only AC was in the living room, but each room (even the bathroom!) had fans, so the bedroom stayed cool and comfortable for sleeping.We ran into a couple of small hiccups—like figuring out the TV and only having one roll of toilet paper—but the new management team was incredibly responsive and took care of everything right away.Having our own designated parking spot was a nice bonus, and the pool, beach, and BBQ area were all beautifully maintained and never crowded.But the best part? That oceanfront view—absolutely stunning! We’d happily stay here again.

My trip was the last two weeks of September. The unit is exactly as described. The unit is well supplied, even though you have to look. The supply of beach towels was huge. There are beach chairs, cooler, ice packs. Everything was in working order (I did not use the cooktop). It appears that the charcoal filters in the coffee machines and the Brita water pitcher are changed regularly. I got take out or cooked and ate most of my meals on the lanai - ocean front dining! The three BBQ grills at the beach worked well. I played golf four times - Kona Country Club has amazing oceanfront holes and is only a few miles south of the complex. I also went scuba diving four times (I love Big Island Divers) .Items of note:1. As the listing indicates, the unit is on the third floor with no elevator.2. The A/C keeps the living room cool. But if it is extremely hot with no breeze, the bedroom does not cool down. Coldwell Banker Island Vacations (CBIV) was responsive and brought two fans ON A SUNDAY! I used the fans to push cooler air from the living room to the bedroom.3. CBIV was also responsive to an issue with the entry door, adjusting it the next day and keeping me informed.4. The parking spot is tight. Be aware if you get a super large SUV/van.5. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low for my taste.6. Note to CBIV - instructions for the TV would be useful.
