Great stay
We ran into some nasty weather but the property managers sandy and amber were great and speedy with communication and helping me and my
Husband have the best wedding reception possible at these houses. Will definitely be back in the future .

Bird Hunting Family Fun
My family has been going on a SOTX dove hunt now for the last 20 years. We lost access to where we usually stay this year and we’re left trying to figure out lodging. Gerald and Kathy were happy to accommodate our party and were quick to reply if I had any questions. We WILL be booking again!

60th Wedding Anniversary Reunion
We rented both homes for 24 of us ranging in age from 3 weeks to 84. The accommodations were great and we had everything we needed for the pools and beach. The beach supplies was great-chairs, umbrellas and wagons. The pool towels were plenty for the whole group.
The rooms were good and the bathrooms were sufficient. Both homes had an extra fridge which was supper helpful.
The walk to the beach was 5 minutes door to water so that was helpful for the older folks.

short stay close to the beach for a large gathering of friends and family
The option to rent two large units so close together is a big plus. The units contained enough towels, trash bags, etc. There was even items to be used for the beach. Unfortunately for us the weather did not cooperate and it stormed and was cold all weekend. The heated pool helped as did the big bar connected to the pool. Would highly recommend.
