We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was pretty much as described. The beds were comfy. We only have one complaint and that was that we ran out of toilet paper. There should have been a larger stock of toilet paper in the unit.

Everything was great, from check in and the very nice condos view over looking the Gulf. This condo had everything we needed from beach umbrella and beach chairs. Kitchen had everything you need for breakfast to dinner.. Parking was a little tricky on the size of the parking spots. We had only 4 staying but plenty of room for 6 guests.. I would enjoy staying here again for sure.

It was a great view and a spacious condo. TV in the bedroom is located in a bad spot for a tall person. Toilet wouldn't fluse good upon arrival and tub plug was broken. Toilet was fixed but not the tub. There were 2 elevators abd the one furthest from the room was the one we had to use on arrival and departure. The close elevator only worked 2 days of our week. Pool has zero shade.

Our stay in this beautiful condo was perfect! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips including the beach, views, kitchen supplies, paper towels, tp, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing through the big windows and from the sprawling balcony! We loved having a table and chairs on the balcony too. Oh and perfect views of fireworks! Also very clean!

The condo itself was very nice overall! The only thing specifically about the condo that could use attention is the outdoor furniture. The tanning chair covers were heavily stained and covered in bird droppings, and the table/chairs were chipping so badly that paint came off anytime they were touched or moved.Unfortunately, our biggest concerns were with cleaning and maintenance. When we arrived, there were bottle caps, old food and even literal bolts in the kitchen sink drains. The countertops still had crumbs, and several windows were so dirty it was difficult to see through them.The biggest issue was the toilet. It was extremely slow to flush when we arrived, but we didn’t think much of it because we stayed in another unit in this building in January and experienced a similar issue. By the middle of the night, it was taking around 2 hours to drain/flush, and by morning sewage had backed up into the toilet and the smell throughout the unit was awful. We called the 24/7 line and maintenance arrived within 2–3 hours and fixed it, which we appreciated. However, sewage water was left on the bathroom floor and back of the toilet, and the used plunger was left in the middle of the bathroom. Considering it was sewage, we definitely expected the area to be cleaned and sanitized after the repair.Overall, the condo itself was great! Our experience was brought down by the cleaning and maintenance, especially after experiencing concerns during both stays in this building.

The location is great with magnificent views and easy access to the beach. We had a great time and definitely will be back. The check in process was slightly difficult. The lady at the front desk gave us the wrong condo key and information. I had to call the rental management company to get the right condo, keys and pass code. They were great in assisting us with the right information. Upon arrival we noticed that the floors were not properly cleaned and was a lot of sand on the floor. Also, the dishes in the cabinets were not cleaned and we had to clean the dishes before we used them.

Room was clean and neat but had issues checking in. The front desk did not have a key fob for us to use upon arrival and advised we would have to try in find it in the property as they had no idea where it is. This is needed to access the pool and parking areas. After calling management and going back and forth with reception we were given a key fob to another room and advised to not lose it like the previous guest. Lastly the 1st bedrooms bed frame was broken, I notified the front desk of this and provided photos as well. other than these issues the stay was nice and close to the beach making access to the water very convenient. I would stay at this location again with my family.
