It's all about location with this condo near the beach! Guests can spend the day exploring, boating, and sailing, then shower off at the outdoor shower and relax in the shared community pool. The fully-equipped kitchen will make cooking for everyone a breeze - but you can always cook up on the shared charcoal grill as well. At the end of it all, tuck into one of the queen beds or up in the loft.

What's nearby:
The beach is just a few steps from this home, as is a selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. The beautiful St. George Island Lighthouse is located in the middle of the island just under a mile away. St. George Island State Park is a short nine mile drive away, offering beautiful beaches, sand dunes, and salt marshes. Enjoy the local seafood from one of the many eateries or catch your own dinner aboard one of the many local fishing charters.

* Please note that Neptune’s Palace Condos will be undergoing pool repairs in January (Jan. 9th -30th, 2022). This means that the pool will be closed and there may be construction debris and noise.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Several concerns

Although there were several concerns such as lack of kitchen necessities, entry code did not work, bed very uncomfortable, grout around bathroom showers was nasty looking, we did enjoy our vacation. We were surprised by these things but we were gone most of the time enjoying the atmosphere of St. George’s Island and spending time at the beach or pool. We really enjoyed the front cover porch/deck. I loved the composite patio furniture on the porch. More information would have been helpful (or the information easier to find) such as trash pickup days, stripping beds before we leave (because we left the night before instead of the morning of check out) and did not receive checkout instructions until after we had left. Stripping beds was not mentioned on the instructions on the fridge. None of the things I mentioned caused us to not relax and enjoy our vacation. We did spend quite a bit of money on the apartment and expected more.

Enjoyable and Fun Stay!

Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, the convenience to the beach was great, but the pool was even better for both of us! The property was also quiet that, due to health issues, she was able to get some much needed sleep and felt so much better when we left. The convenience to stores, shops, and even a litttle site-seeing was great too! Would love to come back! 😁

Great getaway

Great location to get to the beach. Couldn’t give it four stars because I think they needed to have beach chairs. Owner was responsive to messages.

We love La Playita!

Stayed here two years in a row. Right across the street from the beach, convenient pool and just minutes from the heart of the island. Clean, comfortable beds and kitchen well stocked with cookware plates, etc

Great Location

This property was perfect for our party of 6! Beach access is located directly across the street, was easily accessible. We enjoyed the pool, it was nice and clean. There’s plenty of parking, even for our golf carts. We would stay again!

Great little flat close to beach

Very nice,clean and comfortable stay at this beach flat. The pool was an added treat. Would book again. The location is perfect and away from the busier places on the island.

Lovely Comfort

Perfect place for us!

We love this condo ( and the little group of condos that it is in). We travel with a couple of other couples/families and this is the perfect location for all of us. We all have our own space but are close enough together to share dinners and cocktails. Short walk across the road to the beach. We pick this place over and over for the location and the set up of the condo. Condos have everything you need. Set up with dishes, appliances, etc. The beds are comfortable. The only thing we are sad about is that seemingly lots of others have found our hidden gem of St. George and now the costs of renting are increasing substantially. It doesn't keep us from booking though... booked for next spring break before we left.
