Private Patio w/ Grill, Back Deck w/Lg Umbrella & 2 car On-Site Parking. Historic Uptown, easy walking to Great Restaurants, Coffee Shops, 2 Parks, etc. Approx 1 mile D'Town St. Pete. Cute bungalow

Check in was easy and property was welcoming upon arrival. Location was great for our stay. Restaurants within walking distance. Felt safe enough to run outside.

Absolute gem tucked away in downtown St. Petersburg

Four of us were in town to celebrate our 30-year college reunion and we were so happy we selected this gem of a property. The downtown location was perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants. Anita (property host) was absolutely amazing and even left some nice treats for us to enjoy throughout our 3-night stay. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the St. Petersburg area to check out this property.

Modern & well appointed

There are so many cottages in the area, but this one is renovated very nicely, with great amenities, and a lovely yard... Anita was a great host & most helpful with any requests (bikes, tips for the area). Definitely recommend for shot and long stays

Adorable home

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable home. So cute and cozy. Has everything you could need for a perfect getaway, including a fully stocked kitchen! Great, central location, close to beaches and downtown.

Great Getaway

Loved exploring the downtown area. Super walkable to shops, restaurants and the ball park. Host always responded quickly when we messaged her and had great suggestions and recommendations for us. It was the perfect place for our couples getaway. Thanks for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully maintained and furnished bungalow. Lovely amenities and so comfortable! Great proximity to charming restaurants and close to all of the downtown sites we explored.

Love this quaint home !

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, the home was clean, stocked, and close to restaurants, etc. we loved it. Would rent it again in the future!

Charming and Convenient

Wonderful Stay!

The location of the house was ideal for our needs. The house lived up to reviews and it was clean and very tidy. The host contact has been one of the best experiences with VRBO. I would highly recommend this house and location for anyone wanting to explore St. Pete.

Family visit

Beautifully restored bungalow in close-in but quiet neighborhood. Nearby coffeeshops and small parks a plus! Convenient to major roads to downtown or points north and west.

Adorable craftsman bungalow

The property was lovely and very well appointed. Decorated impeccably with a really nice kitchen. The bedding was quite comfortable. It is located near downtown with shops and restaurants. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Cute house in historic St. Petersburg

Centrally located and a cute, comfortable space. The only challenge was a small second bedroom and the second bathroom being removed from the main living area. Otherwise, it is a lovely home.

Family visit

We spent 5 days in St Petersburg visiting our daughter. The home we rented was very nice and comfortable. The location allowed us to walk to many of the restaurants or bars that we went to . Loved our stay and will definitely be back

Charming Bungalow!

We went to St Pete to visit family and this home was the perfect place to stay. The house is lovely, very clean and the hosts welcomed us with handwritten notes. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants and downtown area. Overall a wonderful experience! We are grateful to Anita for her kindness and attentiveness.
