2 bedroom- 1 bath ground level condo located one block from Shands Hospital, VA Hospital, and 2 blocks to the University of Florida. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, Queen beds, chest of drawers, night stands. Fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, all dishes and cooking utensils. Table with 4 chairs; living room with large comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, You Tube TV, and wireless internet. Sleeps four comfortably and one other on the sofa. No Pets allowed.

Check in is contactless and at your convenience. I am available by phone anytime of day or night.  

Please note that pets are not allowed in this complex.  There is no hot tub in the complex.

Clean and close to UF and Shands Hospital

The property is not fancy but it is very clean, functional, reasonably priced and close to campus. I would stay again.

nice and clean

Me and my daughter stayed here for 4 nights because she had a softball tournament in Newberry. We enjoyed it and it was close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Lot’s of Room

We had a great time visiting family. The Beds were great, lots of room and did not feel like you were sitting on top of each other. Easy access to the place. Centrally located in town. Will stay there the next time in town.

Perfect for our weekend

My family and I came to see the Gators opening weekend of baseball. The place was great. Clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Would recommend!

Good stay

The condo complex parking lot could definitely use an upgrade. However, our condo was clean and roomy. It was also convenient to be close to many sites and restaurants in Gainesville. We enjoyed our stay!

Work stay

This place is great! Kitchen is well supplied, place is clean, water pressure great, bed comfy, pool perfect temperature. Minor issue with little tiny bugs in kitchen.

Perfect for a few nights

Love that we were in the ground floor, clean apartment, and it was nice to have our own space vs being cramped in a hotel room. They even had COFFEE!!! It’s the little things.

Ist month stay

I stayed at this location on a 1 month test. I just renewed my stay for a second month. The owners were quick if I had a problem and the location is well stocked. The place was very clean when I checked in. It is quiet and good off street parking. Would strongly recommended especially if you are dealing with Shands hospital. I walk to the facility every day.

WELL above expectations

Super clean, perfectly located and will definitely reach out again. Beyond expectations. Host replied quicker than my ex wife requesting money!!! Lol. Seriously, the Gators won 12-5 and the stay was phenomenal! Can't wait to get back!

Enjoyed our stay

There were a couple of hiccups for check in. The parking pass was not immediately available where we were told it would be. (Assuming the tenants before forgot to leave it). And contacting the owner wasn’t immediate either. However, the owner also owns the condo right across from us and the tenants were most gracious and let us have one of theirs until ours could be located. Very nice people. And once the owner was able to respond, she was quick to remedy the issue. The condo was clean and as expected. The beds were hard and uncomfortable for us, but that was just our opinion. The location was awesome! All in all, it was just what we needed.

Excellent location

Very comfortable apartment for 4 people, including children. Located in a very good area, close to the university, hospitals, restaurants and pharmacies. Very quiet condominium.

Perfect Clean Convenient Condo

My wife and I brought our high school senior and sophomore daughters to tour UF. The condo was perfect because not only was it comfortable but it was also across the street from campus. We even walked to the stadium from the condo to watch the football game. The owners were also extremely kind and quick to respond. You will really enjoy this condo.

Don't Hesitate - If It's Available - BOOK IT!

Condo was perfect for our short notice trip to Gainesville. Then our son surprised us and was able to come as well. We all fit and there was plenty of room to have the whole family over to enjoy a Sunday lunch together. Cynthia was very gracious to us and kept a clear line of communication as well. If we are in the area we will not hesitate to stay there again...if available we will BOOK IT! Thank you Cynthia for providing a wonderful place during our visit with our newest grand-baby!

My first experience snowbirding

The condo was spacious and clean. It was located in an area where getting to other parts of Florida took less than 2 hours. Easy access to stores, shops, malls, etc.

For a month when we first moved to Gainesville, Eric lived in a unit in this complex and got to know and appreciate it. It's a quiet spot but close to the hospitals and campus.
