Charming home with great light and relaxing views. Right on the Boardwalk making it easy access for the beach and the park. You will find everything you need at Olivia Beach Oasis. It's an enjoyable escape that allows you the space and serenity to truly relax, renew and refresh.

1. The Beach has a large sandy shoreline. Great for playing. walking, and relaxing.
2. Minutes away from Chinnok Winds Casino.
3. Very close to popular outlet mall and downtown shopping.

Head to Barnacle Bill's Seafood Market to pick up the daily local catch and enjoy it on the spacious patio table that over looks the park. After, take a dip in the new hot tub. Olivia Beach Oasis has everything you will need to enjoy quality time with those you love.

Just feet from the Pacific Ocean , the house is located on the boardwalk to the beach and sits directly in front of the development's Central Park which includes a children's play structure, large open grass area, grill, fire pit and sand volleyball court. Our beach has a wide sandy shoreline for walking, playing or relaxing. Enjoy the tide pools, and the seal pups that like to swim near by.

We had a great stay here! Close walk to the beach, park across the street, and short walk to community pool! Location was perfect for us and house was stocked with everything we needed. Great place!

Very cute neighborhood, very cute house. Love how close the beach was. Property was clean and easy communication with host. My family arrived before I did and couldn't find the keypad to the house (it was easy to find so idk how they missed it) and they were let in by host. Would stay here again :)

This cute house was the perfect size for our family. The three bedrooms inside plus the carriage house bedroom accommodated 5 adults and 2 children comfortably. The park and pool were close for the kids. It also had a hot tub that was a plus. The beach access was a workout but my 3 year old grandson was a trooper. No complaints from him. We had a great time.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room to stay along with the carriage house. close walk to pool and beach. Loved the stay at Olivia beach.

Cozy, Bright, Beach Vibes

Perfect spot in a gorgeous little neighborhood. Just a short walk up and down stairs to the beach. The carriage house is an excellent bonus, comfortable for 4 grown-ups with the 3 bedrooms in the main house. We spent most of our time playing board and card games, and it was the perfect chill spot for that. I’d absolutely bring my family back here in the future.

Adorable beach house

Modern, very clean and cozy all wrapped up in this beach house. We walked to the beach multiple times each day due to how close it was. The community park is right outside your door. Good communication with host. Comfy beds. Hot tub was wonderful! If anything I would say more pots for cooking but we would definitely stay here again!

Annual Family Trip

My husband and I and our two kids and their spouses and their kids stayed for two nights labor day weekend, the kids loved the hot tub, the kitchen, dining and living rooms were plenty big for us with a large pantry. My husband and I stayed in the carriage house, our kids and their kids stayed in the house, there was plenty of space for all of us. I would bring foil and saran wrap as there wasn't any provided. The kitchen was well stocked otherwise. We definitely would return. Matt was very responsive.

Great Beach House

Great house and location! The home was super clean and very tastefully decorated. We had a great time! Lots of room for everyone. The owner Matt was awesome to work with and very responsive. Can’t wait to come back! 5+ stars!! Perfect home!

Charming property in perfect location

Rarely do you find a place that is better in person than the pictures. Wonderful open floor plan. Beautifully appointed. Perfectly clean. And gracious host. The location is literally just steps to the beach but it’s protected from the wind and just across the street is the most charming park with fire pits playground and walk. The open space Park nearby is great for mushroom foraging and just a short drive away is all of the restaurants, shops, galleries and the the outlets. Home away from home!

Super cute & clean- the perfect house

Our stay was really great- the house is just perfect, super clean, and great location. It had everything we needed and wanted and we just really enjoyed our stay! The owner, Matt is super nice and very easy to communicate with- making our stay even better. I've stayed at many beach houses in Lincoln City but this one really stands out to me and I can't wait to stay again very soon!

Love Love Love!

Stayed here for 3 nights during a road trip and this home is BEAUTIFUL. So comfortable and clean. Everything was easy to access, instructions were clear. The neighborhood was lovely. The beach was beautiful and so convenient to get to. 100% would recommend staying here. The outdoor deck and hot tub were so peaceful and relaxing after our hike out to God's Thumb one day. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Cozy

Such a clean and cozy house. Close to playground and boardwalk to the beach. We really enjoyed this place and my 4 year old grandson didn't want to leave.

We have traveled to Lincoln City every year for the past 4 years. We always love our time there and have fallen in love with the Olivia Beach community. We decided to purchase a home this year knowing we will return every year to make many more amazing memories.
