Location:
Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. Shore to Please is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Shore to Please

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was lovely. It was clean and as pictured. The view of the ocean was outstanding and we were very pleased with the location. The bed in the master was not the most comfortable and the AC unit needs to be upgraded so that guests are not asked to turn the thermostat lower than 70 degrees. The condo was quite damp which could be due to the AC unit not being adequate. It definitely needed a dehumidifier as the sheets felt damp and the floors were a bit slippery. We would definitely stay again if these items were corrected.

All I expected, and more!!

Shore To Please surely did please me. I am very picky about where I stay and I usually am disappointed in the cleanliness. Not the case with this condominium. Everything was very clean and neat. The unit was very tasteful decorated. The sofa and chairs were very comfortable, as well as the bed. Loved that they had nice bedding. The down comforters and pillows were a pleasant surprise. I definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again. Beautiful views from the balcony too!!

Beautiful condo, beautiful view

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo on the beach and we can't wait to go back. Everything about the stay, including the view, the cleanliness of the condo and amenities included was top notch. My favorite moments are coffee on the balcony in the mornings watching the sunrise and after dark when all you hear is the sound of waves hitting the shore. Management is wonderful to work with all around. We cannot wait to rebook again next year.

Beautiful and well appointed property!

This condo is gorgeous! Aside from the amazing view, we appreciated the thoughtful and intentional design. The person who designed the spaces in this property nailed it! The finishes, the details, the decor, the furniture - it was all perfect and the right way to do beach decor. The winner for us was the big rocking/swivel chairs in the living room. One of those chairs with a blanket and a book was a favorite spot. We had everything we needed to prep and enjoy some of our own meals and enough of the basic supplies, towels, etc. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

BEST BIRTHDAY BEACH TRIP EVER 🏖️

My husband and I planned this trip for my 50th birthday. This 2nd floor one bedroom condo was perfect for us. The room is exactly as described and beautifully decorated. The beach was pure perfection…. We will definitely be back 💕

Fantastic Condo!

We loved everything about this condo and will definitely stay again. It was clean, well stocked, easy to access, and had an amazing private beach with chair and umbrella rentals. It’s slightly removed from Seaside, which we loved, but close enough that you can bike over or even walk if you wanted. Fantastic rental from start to finish! We had our young son with us and he fit fine in the bunk beds, but I snuggled him one night and was almost too long for them. This isn’t a criticism, but just a helpful note that the bunk beds have a height limit (likely 5’6”).

Great stay!

We had such a great time here! We loved the beach access, the chair rentals, and everything was very close by! We enjoyed dinner at the Cafe 30A. We hope to come back next year.

Shore to Please

The Palms Shore to Please is a great unit on the second floor. Very nicely decorated. Great view of the gulf. Especially nice that the beach area is not too crowded. Kismet personnel did a fabulous job in handling the reservation.

Baby moon!

This property was perfect for my wife and I during our baby moon vacation. Located 5 minutes from the little downtown seaside area, and the nearest publix. A car isn’t necessary if you plan on staying within the seaside area, a bike or golf cart will do. The condo itself was perfect, our balcony overlooked the beach, we were steps away from the beach, and chair rental was easy. Would recommend for any couple looking to spend some time on the beach!

Perfection

Second stay at this condo and loved every second of it. From the easy booking to the sweet lady who did a walk through after the cleaning crew left to make sure it was perfect, it was an amazing stay. This is a super clean condo, stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals from scratch if needed, comfy bed, and so beautifully decorated. We loved the view and the non-crowded beach area. Thanks for the great stay and great memories.

30A Beach Time

Shore to Please is a great oceanfront unit. The ocean view, the cleanliness, the furnishings and the management support were all top notch. We come to 30A twice a year. This was one of our best stays.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view!

Everything was so nice in this condo…very upscale but also comfortable. The view was stunning. I loved the mixture of Palm Trees and lots of plants and shrubs with the ocean and beach beyond that felt like I was in a private sanctuary.

Shore Did Please

This condo was perfect for the two of us. It was beautifully decorated with so much comfortable seating, great lighting, and everything you could possibly need in the newly remodeled kitchen. I wasn’t a fan of having to haul everything up to the 2nd floor, but the views are worth it, with the Gulf right out the front windows/balcony. If we had been on the first floor, we wouldn’t have been able to see the water. We saw the ever changing waves, currents, and tides. We walked for miles both ways on the wide, white sand beach. We saw dolphins a few times from the living room. The two newly remodeled bathrooms were a bonus. My only gripe is that there were no hangars in the closet, but there were quite a few hooks in the bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Loved the property and condo. It was nice being on the water with a great view. Pictures match the condo, it is gorgeous. The location is perfect between Seaside and Rosemary. We biked to Seaside daily.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view

This was by far my favorite condo and location of the times we have been to 30A. The unit is in pristine condition and very comfortable. I can't say enough of the view from the balcony of the condo. Being oceanfront and overlooking the beautiful sandy beach is the perfect place to have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We plan to stay at this condo again for future visits!

Wonderful getaway

First of all the people who manage and who deal with are the best ! Krista and Chris are first class and the most helpful people anyone can work with. Easy to work with and will adjust to your needs if at all possible. Location is fantastic. Parking is great. Steps and we mean steps to a beautiful beach. Condo is always super clean and updated. Plenty of room. If you are looking for a great getaway for your next vacation please contact this group. We stayed here in May and came back in August. And we plan on staying here again this year. That should say it all !!

Great condo!

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. The views of the gulf were amazing. We even saw dolphins from our condo. The kitchen was nicely equipped. We liked the location, still close to everything but out of the extreme business of Seaside. If you are good with walking, it's a little over mile walk to Seaside. Having 2 full bathrooms is a huge plus. The condo was perfectly sized for our family of four. It was updated and very accommodating. We loved it!!

The best family vacation!

We loved this condo! It was the absolute perfect location! The view from the porch was beautiful, it is right on the beach the pool in the complex was great! The condo was stocked with everything we needed.
