Great location, not as crowded as the east end. Amenities were good. Great balcony over the sand.Room was very clean. Overall experience with the host was good and easy.

Clean room on the 6th floor. Easy access with multiple elevators. Communication with the host via email was easy. Beach view was perfect, rocking chairs on the balcony an added bonus! Room was well stocked, decorated nicely, could use fresh paint throughout, AC was perfect for the days when it climbed into the low 80s outside. This end of PCB was quiet on the beautiful sandy beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great views for a getaway

Excellent views of ocean. Beautiful sunsets. Great location! Comfortable, cozy and well decorated condo. We enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo is so cute and thoughtfully put together. The huge mirrors were perfect for getting ready, and the double vanities made everything so much easier. The king bedroom was super comfortable, and the beds overall were really cozy.The balcony was a great bonus—such a nice spot to relax. We also loved how spacious everything felt, especially with the big closets. It was perfect for 6 people without ever feeling crowded.Another big plus was how quiet everything was—no crowds at all. Trash disposal was super easy, and it was just a short, easy walk to the beach which we loved. The elevators were great and made getting around super easy.The pool was very clean, and the spa/hot tub was such a nice touch to unwind. It’s also super close to everything, which made getting around really convenient.It could use a little updating, but honestly it just adds to that classic beach condo vibe and didn’t change how we felt about our stay at all. Overall, such a cute, comfortable, and convenient place to stay—we would love to stay again!

Wonderful beach access!

You come here for the beach. Great location easy access to stores and restaurants. Park your car once and walk to the beach every day. Best reason to stay here is the beach is not crowded and always low key. Not a big crowded party beach. Great for families. Room was great for what we needed. AC was cold. Will definitely stay again.

We had a really great time. Condo was overall very nice and tidy. Could use a good deep cleaning though. Not a lot of water pressure in the showers. Better in the hall bathroom. The shower head in the master just made it that much worse. Very hard to even wash sand off of you because of the low pressure. But overall, we enjoyed it and would stay again.

Girls getaway!! 😎

Escape from Maine for some sunshine and beach! This place exceeded our expectations. Wonderful balcony overlooking the beach and waves. Check-in was smooth, fun places to walk to for shopping and dinner. Beds were comfortable. Except for my dirty feet from walking on the dark floors the place was perfect!! Hated to leave!!

Weekend getaway

The location and cleanliness (inside the condo) of the property was great but there was pressure washing going on that was a little of an inconvenience. Some of the equipment being used also took up some of the parking areas which made it hard for parking at times which was the only downside but I would definitely come back here and recommend the AquaVista condos.

Unacceptable

We stayed at AquaVista, room 604-E. We checked in July 23rd and checked out July 27th. Our time spent on the beach and at the pool with family was great. Outside of that, it was very disappointing unlike any other time we've spent at vacation condominium rentals. Below is a list of issues we dealt with of which I am also going to share directly with Sand Seeker Vacations: 1) Entering the building from the road was a nightmare. There weren’t any signs to indicate how to access the gate to enter the establishment 2) There was a clogged tub (would not drain - called maintenance and they promptly repaired) 3) There was a broken toilet roll dispenser 4) Some of the plates in the cabinet were dirty 5) There was a broken rocking chair in living room 6) The front door was difficult to lock (in some cases, we couldn't lock it) 7) There was a dirty sheet on the master bed (I can share a picture of it with you upon request) 8) There was construction everywhere at our building making travel throughout the unit a hassle to avoid construction equipment 9) There was only one of two elevators operational in our building upon arrival; we had to wait on the good elevator at times due to construction people using it to haul equipment (they should be required to use a freight elevator) 10) The only working elevator stopped working from Monday evening thru Tuesday after lunch before it was repaired (our room was on the sixth floor which made transporting 2.5-year-old twins along with beach equipment very difficult carrying them up and down the stairway) 11) Parking was very limited without parking offsite. About 25% of the parking at our building was taped off due to construction so we didn’t always get to park even one vehicle at the unit. Overflow parking was across the street but to get there required walking thru road construction as well as condo construction. This was very inconvenient, especially with 2.5-year-olds. This is quite unsafe especially after nightfall. We spent a lot of money for a family vacation but had to endure and work around all of the obstacles. Had we been made aware of this prior to booking, we could have made other plans. Given all that we’ve had to deal with during our stay, I’d like to ask for 50% refund. I’ll be glad to talk to someone direct if you prefer. Please reply by email and/or call at 423-413-2529. Thank you for your understanding.

We had a last minute decision to make a weekend trip to PCB. We love staying on this side of the beach. I came across this unit for a great price and availability. It was very clean, spacious with great views, and easy to talk with regarding any questions. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very disappointed!!!

This had to be one of the worst Vrbo properties I have ever stayed in! When you spend several thousand dollars on vacation you expect much better and this unit was absolutely terrible! I definitely will not be staying at this condo again. I emailed the office a list of issues but what's hard to believe is no one had said anything about these issues before. I hope they will fix and update everything here someone else does not go through what we did!

Terrible experience

Elevators to get to your room broke down multiple times . My elderly mother had to be carried to the 6th floor twice. Condo says it sleeps 6 but there is 4 forks / spoons . Entry gate to beach keypad stopped working multiple times . Key pad to get into parking lot broke multiple times with cars not able to get into parking lot. Parking lot has very minimal parking during day .

Good condo

Good place to stay, not enough towels or toilet paper for5 day stay. Washer and dryer is in the unit. No ice maker

YAY thank you for the 5 stars! We do add in the rental agreement that there is one roll of TP per bathroom and advise to shop or use a grocery concierge or delivery service if desired. We can help you set that up so you will have everything you need waiting for you and put away upon arrival! :)

Love this condo

We really enjoyed our stay! LOVE this condo and will be renting every year. Love the location. Only complaint is the mattresses need to be updated.

Nice but needs work

The condo itself is nice, but needs updating. The bathrooms are old and outdated and the lighting in the master bath isn’t good. The ac can only go down to 70 and the rooms get hot while the living room stays cool. Both bedrooms are on the front of the building so the walkway lights shine in all night and it’s extremely bright. You can only park one car at the building and any others have to be parked across the street so break-ins and towing was a worry the whole time. The elevators didn’t work all the time and one night neither one worked. The sheets in both rooms were dirty as the master was flipped inside out and the guest bedroom had hair, sand, and literally boogers on them. They had to be washed right away. The best part about the stay was that the beach was not crowded at all due to it being a smaller complex. Unsure if we would stay here again though.

Hi Jeremy, thank you for your review! As we'd discussed prior, we have taken all your feedback and we will take care of everything that's in our power to change for the next guests. We can’t do anything about the parking unfortunately as that is a rule from the condo association and we make a point to notate that only one car is permitted in the parking garage in our listing and in the check-in instructions. In regards to the elevators, I was on the phone at 11pm with this the condo management and alerting the president of the board. They worked on it one night midnight to 5am. Again, a terrible inconvenience, but we handled as best we could with what was in our power. When we did discuss your feedback, it did not include cleanliness issues. We make any problem right, right away, and normally have very positive cleaning feedback as we take that incredibly seriously. We actually send two feedback emails during our guest stays. The first one is about cleanliness and asks how everything looks and how well our cleaners did. That is sent at check-in time. So I do wish we'd heard about any problem during your stay upon your arrival so we could investigate and immediately take care of any issue. Thank you again for your stay and your feedback. We always welcome it and any opportunities to improve!
